Well that was fun. First time delving into the homegrown world and I’m officially hooked. Following the cocoforcannabis nutrient schedule and method, I ended up with 200 grams of dry bud and an extra 40 grams of trim/larf for edibles. I may have had them in the dry tent for a day too long, the hygrometers in the jars have settled around 54% RH, but they feel pretty damn sticky and moist to me. Been toking the larf and the high is really nice, definitely smoother than anything I’ve gotten from a dispensary. Can definitely taste the 🍇 and I’m excited to see what a little more cure will do. Already have my seeds ready for round 2, thanks for checking out the grow!

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/1- Here we go into the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower's 13th week from seed and this lady is kickin ass and taking names! I am continuing to water late in the afternoon on days when we don't get any rain and she seems to like it. I will also be top dressing her in about two weeks to keep the microbial colony fat and happy! 7/3- The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering of the GG4 Sherbet FF continues. I also removed a few shade leaves that were below the canopy, as well as some in the middle of the plant that were blocking a lot of light to new shoots. 🎉HAPPY 4th of JULY!🎉 7/5- Early this morning we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the GG4 Sherbet FF approx. 3g of well water from the garden hose. 7/7- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and today, after watering, I got under the trellis net and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were growing straight down through the net doing absolutely nothing but sucking up nutrients better used elsewhere on the plant. Stick a fork in another week for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower. So not much change as far as conditions. I added Zeus juice for a bit of a boost on the humic acid front. I’ll be honest I haven’t noticed a change. Otherwise all is going well. I think I’m max a week from flipping. I might even flip on Wednesday. The scrog is about 80% full. You can see from my pictures I need to defoliate. So I think I’ll plan on doing that on Sunday. Let the rebound a bit and flip no later than next Friday. But more like Wednesday is more likely.

Was gone for 4 days and Wholly cow has she stretched and grown! Update: did some defoliation, the roots were going into the gravity fed system so I trimmed the roots coming out of the bottom and elevated the pot for 4 hours to air prune the rest. Cut down one plant so she got to stretch out more!

I gave the girls an organic compost tea for nutrients(1 tsp Blk molasses,1cup worm cast,2 tablespoon kelp,2 tablespoon alfalfa meal,1tablespoon bat guano) and lsted again to get more bushier autos. I also moved my smallest autoflower to my 4x4 tent which is on a 12/12 schedule on 3/18/23

Allowing the girls a week more veg under the scrog to fill up the net. Watered I. At 600ml top dressed 1tbs grow 3tbs bloom, 2tbs insect frass, 2tbs worm castings, 1tbs myco. A Recharge only day and a Silica only day. Yucca as a surfactant.

D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

Day 28- business as usual. May top dress end of this week, not sure. But smells and trichs are setting up and no signs of deficiencies. I probably could push them more but it’s all good for now. Day 30- ditched the trellis and did a heavier defol as the humidity would reach 73 with lights off. See if we can get some better airflow and fatter lowers.

6/24/24 the videos of trichomes is from both purple octane and rs 11 Also based on trichomes. I should've counted the last week of veg as a flower week. So she's closer than we 6/25 we have clear cloudy and purple. Leaning towards her going till the end of this week. 6/28 we have about 70-80% cloudy and 20-25% amber. she's ready to go. she will be chopped tomorrow morning. 6/29 unless stated otherwise. happy growing yall, this plant is a fucking badge of honor with how beautiful she 6/28 I lied and chopped her probably 30 mins after I posted that lmao.
