This week I defoliated to get my RH to +-50%. I removed fan leaves, low bud sites, and some branches that would not have produced. If anyone regularly grows around 60%-65% RH please let me know if you have run into any issues. After defoliating the roots still took nutes as if they had more fan leaves and now there is some burn on about 5% of the leaves and their tips, a couple days later. I expect this to stablize this week which I suppose is a benefit of growing organically.

Week 6 begins for divine storm and mandarin dreams. Both ladies are looking amazing under this Mars-Hydro TSW2000 light. The girls are sticky, frosty AF and bulking up! The divine storm both now need support to stay standing upright and the mandarin dreams have an intense mandarin and fuel smell. I recently completed my very 1st harvest and now that I have gotten over the hurdle, I'm excited to be at it again (and with lots of great upgrades). In my first attempts at growing I thought it would be best to start with the most entry level equipment just to see how I enjoyed the experience; it's safe to say I'm HOOKED! This time around I have a larger tent (3x3) and am growing 4 plants instead of just one! 2 of these plants are Super Skunk (fem) and the other 2 are bag seed that I kept labeled (banana candy & 3x crazy). In addition to the Mars Hydro tent, I also got an affordable LED light that I am over the moon about :) After doing some research for several months I decided that the Hipargero 800w COB was a must-have, especially for the price! I haven't seen many people talk about it or use it but, everything that I did see was a raving review and from the couple of youtube videos and pictures I saw of the light in action I was quite impressed! It has a veg and bloom switch, and a daisy chain feature for those of you who are looking to make an upgrade... this might be the next light for you! These little babies are in Fox Farm's "Ocean Forest" and I am giving them a light misting of distilled water. By the end of the week I will probably place used coffee grounds on the top soil for so slow releasing nitrogen nutrients.

This next week should be the bounce back out of the stunt I have really been waiting for. Went with a heavy decomposing to dress instead of the teas I been brewing. Might add more castings other then that I introduced slow burning phosphorus and potassium to start breaking down into July August so it will be available to the plants then.

These photos represent the first week of my first indoor cycle. I'd like to emphasize that if the GMOs don't appear at the end of the cycle, it's because they're seeds from a flower I purchased without provenance. The other seeds are all from trusted seed banks. The soil is 100% organic. For further information, Terro Super Soil offers a similar recipe, with the addition of various flours and other ingredients to encourage microbial and fungal activity. In the first week, mycelia began to form on the soil surface, indicating good fungal activity. Along with the mineral addition of lime and nit, Tricoderma Hazarium, a beneficial fungus for rooting and root health, was also added. Just 1 ml per week is sufficient for now.

After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

This week went outstanding. I did a final round of defoliation, and I am still feeding Flower nutrients with a PK booster. These ladies are ready to start stacking. The tallest plant is the Durban Thai X C99, and she is 50 inches, while the rest are all between 40 and 48 inches. It is just time to relax and watch the flowers form. I am still planning on harvesting on December 21st, but I will pluck one or two ahead of time if they are ready. Pero enserio si todo se hace correctamente vais a flipar lo rápido que van y después lo buenas que están. Humedad en el secado por debajo de 45% y temperatura media de 23 grados. Hasta aquí es todo fumetillas, que paséis un final de año de lujo entre buenos humos.

Harvest pics. In the glass jar is pineapple gummy. Same breeder as the lilt. I forgot that I popped one of these seeds it was the last from the pack. The hanging dry pic is the rest of the pineapple gummy it was close to the gavita light and was very hairy. The big top next to it is the top of the lilt plant grown under the mars hydro 150w led light. When the feds choped it all down the lilt was given an extra week than the top which was cut off im absolutely pissed about that I didnt use a carbon filter I think the smell got a bit too strong will be back soon live and learn

10-18 She hasnt even acted like I bent her top! Recovered nicely. Her buds have turned upwards to welcome the light! 😁 10-19 Water, noticed some slight burn, will flush her next day or so. She looks pretty good other. Spaced some branches just just a tad. Cleanin up, while she fattens! Has a minty smell. Estoy intentando encontrar el balance entre cortar hojas y no cortar... tengo que poner a la California gold en la tienda. por qué decidí germinar y añadir más plantas al cuarto... gorila auto se queda afuera y vemos que pasa ( se supone que es auto y estaría bien) Huele muy bien no puedo esperar para poder fumar estas hermosas plantas que fueron mi primer experimento hidro y creo que hidropónico es fácil y muy fructífero!

Las plantas siguen creciendo y formando flores. A la mitad les e aplicado una defoliacion selectiva de hojas primarias para abrir paso a las ramas bajas y agrupar la planta de esta forma consigues plantas mas compactas al no tener que alejarse tanto las ramas del tallo para recibir luz. La otra mitad no lo a necesitado al ser un fenotipo mas xativo y corto. El aporte de co2 las hace trabajar bastante y aguantar la dosis de nutrientes diaria. Solo se riega una vez a la semana con sensizym. La distancia internodal de algunas plantas es espectacularmente corta. Llos cogollos ya estan unidos y apenas han comenzado a salir. Muy ansioso por ver como continua esta variedad de barneys farm. En el ultimo video podeis ver el plano general y la diferencia que hay entre el fenotipo mas xativo y el fenotipo indico a pesar de ser todas dos si dos 33 y estar bajo las mismas condiciones.
