9/27 - start day 43 - So, the other day, I tried running the thing sealed at 1100-1500 ppm and temps got to 95 with RH at 75% and the walls were straight sweating nuts....dripping...puddles.... that tiny dehumidifier wasn't doing jack. Since, I have managed to tap into the central ac with some makeshift ducting, which now supplies my spot with a nice cool, dry breeze every so often. With this, I have managed to maintain a temp of 88-91 with a RH of 37-50% at 750-950 ppm. I can keep the 750-950 ppm with a flow rate of about 1 cfh, which only goes off roughly 10 minutes every hour. probably will try it and run the temps a little high. ya, can't seem to stay consistent. i swear, it'll stay at that ppm after it all leaks out and the surrounding room is sitting at the same ppm maybe, lol … should probably drop temps and the co2, but hey, might as well gas em out while its there …. hey, maybe they'll return the favor and gas me out after harvest😁 that little square light looks like it should be lighting a lizards cage or some shit …. I swear the thing probably only pulls 30 watts, if im lucky. It didn't come with a book or directions or any type of specifications.... said 3000 watts,....id give it 30. If that's the case, im banking on the other 2 lights to cover that little red spot. Oh, and those little side lighting things suck. the stupid remote/timer thing is ….. garbage timer thing 9/28 - 44 - I tossed a HID in there for a bit for the hell of it....I really wasn't digging the "reptile light", but its still in there. I went ahead and tossed a window ac unit in my "window". it was again TOO warm with the HID cooltube and all. Was hangin around 94-97 degrees!!!! ac there, now I need to make some makeshift ductingand vent the ac exhaust outside

They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.

Jack Herer x Ruderalis Day 1 Sprout on Sept 16, 2019 @ about 8-9 pm- Canuk Seeds - Jack Herer Fem Autoflower September 13th at 6:30 pm: Planted in a 5 Gallon pot that was previously flushed, loaded with Gaia Green slow release nutrients and soaked down with a PH of 6.51. The pot has many fine roots remaining in it from my Amnesia XXL grow. I filtered through and took out a lot of the larger roots, while I tilled the soils with a fork and my hands until the coco medium was fluffy again. Lighting is a Phlizon 1000w LED/245 watt power draw, including 2 cob lights. It sits at about 25" from soil. During my "First Grow" of Amnesia XXL I had kept my lighting really low from the start. I wanted a shorter plant that allowed light access across the canopy tops and less popcorn bud. With this grow, I am going to keep the lights higher up until I see how she's taking off in height. I would rather she does not reach more than 20" ...for a few reasons. Another thing I'm going to do differently this grow.... In my Amnesia XXL grow, I played with her watering PH values during her first two weeks of germination and vegetation. I watered her at values of PH 5.8X-6.1, trying to bring the PH of the medium down. In my reading, plants are able to uptake nutrients at different PH levels. With this grow - I will be watering her in a PH range of 6.6 to 6.1 from start to finish.

Update ending week 8 man she's looking so beautiful, we are in the home stretch, update on feed only twice last week, aslo trichomes are showing some cloudy and clear I think I'm going to start the big flush as I give her 2 more week untill harvest.

I make my own mix of soil using some of those ingredients. I like to use the great white mykos because of its powders consistency. Makes it easy for a clean transport from germinated bean to its forever home. For watering, they have been given only plain RO water with a neutral ph. Just yesterday I gave them a little tiny mix of Medusa’s magic, Zeus juice, and Gaia mania. I have used Oregon’s only brand products for a while now and I absolutely love them and better yet, I understand them. They have responded super well already to their first drink of bottled nutes with a ph of 6.3 . I’m keeping a RH between 50 and 60%. I’m also keeping a temp during the day at around 78-81°f. Right now I’m not worried about a night time temp but I do run cooler lights for about 4 hrs every day, dropping to around 70-75°f. Eventually I will add my second light boosting me from 600w too 1200w. Also they will begin a 20-4 hr light cycle. I find these autos do amazing with a little rest for 4 hrs. Allows me to pull more resin and color in later stages of life by dropping the temp lower than usual with the lights off. The t5 lighting switched on to 18/6 and growth has started well, less than 21 days old from seed and they seem to be off to a good start. Still no nutes added.
