I had a little trouble this week Plants 1 and 2 are still droopy and the fungus gnats seem to be getting worse. I wasn't sure if it was overwatering or not enough nutrients. So I let them dry out for 4 days and noticed it got worse. So it probably was not overwatering. On day 56 I top dressed Plants 1 and 2 with some left over Nature's Living Soil. I used 2 tablespoons each and added 4 cups of Root's Organic soil also since the pots have settled a little. Then I gave all the plants a good watering. Hopefully after a few days they will perk back up. On day 55 I added sticky cards to each pot to keep an eye on how many fungus gnats I have. There was quite a few after just one day but I noticed less in the tent. I read some posts on Nature's Living Soil and another on air-pots. It seems like others have had nutrition problems with Nature's Living Soil if they went longer than a month of vegging, which would explain my issue. The other post about air-pots said fungus gnats love them since they can attack the soil from all sides instead of just the top layer. Apparently if you let the top layer of soil dry out well in normal pots the fungus gnat problem mostly goes away. But when using air-pots the top layer of soil might dry out but they can still get to the moist soil from the bottom or sides.

Week Three off to a great start. After having fed dry nutrients last week, Im noticing the slightest amount of nitrogen toxicity in the leaf tips. I flushed with two gallons each. Luckily it had been two weeks since their last watering, so they werent too far off my normal watering schedule. Pushing back the liquid nutrients another week or more. day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. From today o start my flush, I will give today my last dose of regulator and from next irrigation just on controlled water until the end of maturation, I want this baby to eat everything . day 65 started flushing. ph controlled water at 6.0 i think 20 more days at max before m Day 68 First check with micro today. The baby looks already milky and amber on the top buds but the rest of the plant is still transparent. I’ll wait at least until this weekend for a re check maybe I’ll cut her in two rounds. i was using bottle water since the firat day but dint realise that the water was filtered (probably) and had only 7mg/l of calcium ,mag and iron. Instead of buying cal +mag (which i will buy for my next grow) i checked other brands of bottles water and found Evian that has 80 mg/l calcium ,25mg/l mag (i know its not worth it but i was feeling safer to use "bottle" water at the begining because it was also phd at 6.5) so my question now is : plant had a cal+mag def . Considering that before i was giving it only 7mg/l of cal+mag now that im giving it 80mg/l of calc and Around 40-50mg/l magnesium just by changing water brand also 4 ml of alg a mic that has cal+mag + molasses that iv started this week 1(tablespoon has around 100mg of calcium) .Do you think it will be enought to fill the needs of the plant? As i said buds are still growing normally and plant has another 14-17 days to still fatten the buds :) Today if seen some orange hairs on them . thank you thank you.

She is getting fat! What a great plant she is - again, little to no deficiencies, other than some light burn but I could not complain to have such strong genetics for my first ever grow! Trichomes are not too cloudy, so still a while to go but what an AUTO!

I am very glad that the gorilla girl has become so beautiful! she is very slim and beautiful! buds grow every day. just a billion trichomes on them! because of the trichomes, the red tint on the buds is poorly visible, which is manifested due to the genetics of this strain ..)) the smell is amazing! the buds begin to harden and get heavy like a stone !! Yesterday I gave her one of my favorite boosters from Overdrive! to give a second breath to the plant and to extend flowering a little more and get more harvest)) Overdrive is a very cool thing if you use it at the right time!))

Been a lil busy. Haven't been on here or in the garden as much as i need to. The girls are growing all natural. I have literally taken no leaves off their entire lives. Some of the old fan leaves die during light drybacks. Inuse deybacks for stacking nutes and some light drought stress which can increase oil production. They just have a small cage at two levels. I have cut nutrients to most of them, going for quality smoke as its already more than I can consume lol. Two look like they are still bulking. Some are getting close. Everyone is still getting bokashi/ffj for the terps and ethylene found in the ripe fruits. It helps with senescence.. I turned the lights and temps down to help crop steer ‘em. We are getting close!
