Days 74 - 80 (from seed) 4/15/24 - 4/21/24 Lamp distance: 13" @ 50% power (estimate PAR?) VPD: not checking - humidity set to 40% Feed schedule: feed schedule once a week, 1/4 gallon water per plant daily - FPE added at 2oz per gallon every third day IPM: visual inspection only Notes: Final push, fading occurring on all plants now and some amber starting to show during trichome inspection. Cookies & Berries taking the most time of the group to finish while Mango Sky crossed the finish line first. All four plants will be chopped next week on the morning after the full moon, April 24th - according to the moon gardening calendar it is "best time to pick medicinal herbs and plants, while flowers if cut during this time have an intense scent and endure longer." They're close to finished in my book so it can't hurt to follow the lunar suggestion.

another week has passed and it is growing and thriving excellently. there has been a lot of sunshine and occasionally the necessary rain from above. it is slowly entering the flowering phase. it has made another good leap in height. i am currently using LST to provide the lower shoots with more sunshine

Just letting it do its thing. not having any problems, just another week of fattening. No ripening pistils, calyxes are swelling, trichomes have decent clear/cloudy heads on them....happy days

I defoliated my plants in week 7. The plants have developed many new shoots and look very healthy. The first plants are clearly showing the spots where they will form flowers.

Week 5 Flower is Done day 36 The Ladys just got water but now Look Like they got signs of deficiency maybe ill give them more Bloom fertilizer im not too happy with the size of the buds but maybe they thicken up in the last weeks of Flower

Hello everyone. This week the plant took of. She's stretched quite a bit during the last days showing her sativa dominance, buds are building up nicely. Day 28 I topdressed with humus and compost mixed with 7-10 grams of organic mineral npk 5-10-15 to give her some extra feeding to start flowering. She's going thirsty every two days now so I alternated water and feeding with humus tea and molasses. Watering volume about 5-6 liters. Only training this week has been removing two or three fan leaves which were occluding the lower buds. -comenzamos la 2da semana de vegetacion con los 11 ejemplares de bsf seed y una cabeca de preto de maconha seed banco brasileño. - aumentamos 100 ml o 0.1 l de agua, ya vamos en 400ml. - hay una critical 2 que quedo mas pequeña, seguramente debe ser error de genética u de fabrica. - esta semana seguimos fertilizando con grotek, al dia 17.

Immer ein wenig entlauben und die unteren Achseln ausgeizen (Lolipop). Ich hoffe bei dieser Dame auf etwas voller Blüten als bei der BlueSkunk. Wir werden sehen. Keine Mangelerscheinungen, keine Wachstumspausen. Die Dame sollte bald Pelz tragen. Update: Erster Schicht Puderzucker liegt auf... Wegen Nachfrage und Test wurde bei zwei Trieben mal "Supercropping" angewendet: Triebverstümmelung: Zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger einquetschen und vorsichtig drücken oder rollen, bis die innere Struktur nachgibt, die Außenhaut aber intakt bleibt. Dann kann man den Trieb um 90 knicken, ohne ihn abzubrechen. In 7-10 Tagen ist die Knickstelle dann angeschwollen und geheilt. Trieb wird kräftiger und hat mehr Ertrag... so zumindest der Plan. The plants are looking really healthy. I’m still getting used to my new lights. I think I didn’t push enough light in week 2 of flower I’m ramping up the light intensity now. I had to whip out my par meter I was keeping the light to far off the plants. This light has to be closer to the plants than my mini sun. I’m lurking this light a lot I just need to get used to it

Hey Farmers , it’s your friendly barn rat BONEY ! Just hanging fire this week . Having a bit of a time with my one purple kush plant that’s located directly in the middle of my tent . That one has been a struggle , keeps looking like a nitrogen deficiency to me . All I’ve been doing is hitting it with a foliage spray of one tbsp of Epsom salts to a gallon of rain water . At the start of the week I watered with rain water with a mixture of cantaloupe and brown sugar that had been previously fermented to a 1:1 ratio .

Our King Louis Automatic are truly those plants with a great desire to grow, the one in main lining is perfect. Remember that we are growing 1 Plant worked with the techniques and one left to grow without cutting techniques to preserve its speed. In this diary we find the plant that is growing normally, nice and straight just with a little cleaning and LST at the bottom only on the branches and not on the main stem. The plant had a moment of over at the end of the vegetative phase when it was time to move into flowering it had a manifestation of rusty spots on the sunbathing leaves but now at the beginning of flowering everything seems fixed. In my opinion it is a lack of K but yes The comparison is the salt of the experience so the plant in the other diary will be worked very differently go and see it to compare them. wow! this girl also took the fish shit i gave her last week and turned it into huge buds! I am going to do this every year from now onwards. No visible PWM either, just like the others. Will go out to the pot patch mid week after this leftover weather from hurricane Fiona clears to see how they fared in the high humidity and low temps.

Si germinación 100%, 5/5 ejemplares germinados y preparados para brotar. . Hasta ahora el ph lo dejamos en 5.8 la temperatura ronda los 22/24 grados y la humedad está en torno al 80%. . Ahora en la alimentación, gama agrobeta. 0,5 ml x L Piramid , vía radicular. 0,5 ml x L Growth black line , vía radicular. 0,1 gr x L Cancerbero , vía radicular. 0,1 ml x L Tucán , vía radicular. 0.1 ml x L Flash Root , vía radicular. 0,4 ml x L Great Green , vía foliar. . The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before.
