The girls are starting to get fat and enter the ripening stage. Purples are strong. I got purple trichomes!! We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. We switched nutes and reservoir funk is gone. This weeks accomplishments: Switch from GH to Jacks RO Install separate reservoirs for black cherry gelato and purple push pops Clean all autopots and reservoir lines. Install separate lines for black cherry gelato This weeks issues: Spider mites. Found them in the outside grow and found a few leaves with them inside. Big time nightmare. Primarily on the gelatos inside. Doing manual scouting and removal every day. Long term issues It’s hot. High 80s low 90s all week. So the same - Cooling and VPD targets during heat waves Preventing the spread of mites and mold issues during high humidity conditions Managing girlfriend expectations through harvest. Buds are touching the top of my tiny green house! I will have to tie them down a little more as they will just get moldy minging and useless that way! Buds sites are growing fast and looking nice! Some resin production also. This is my favourite time of flowering where you can see the biggest development. Heavy feeding at the moment. But I think she’s going to need it! So hard taking good pics as she is so gangly!! And my other plants are in the way

Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and not much happening. I didn’t even take her out of the tent, just left her in, tucked some leaves and got updated pics. Looks like she’s really starting to bud up nicely now. Day 65 - She’s definitely getting pretty cramped in the tent but not a whole lot I can do about it. Doing what I can to keep all the sites exposed and went and cut a couple lower limbs off that aren’t getting much light. Also gave her 2 gallons of pH’d water and cal-mag today. I’m giving her about 2 gallons every two days, she’s drinking a ton. Next watering, I’ll be giving her a dose of the technaflora nutes. Day 67 - The pot was dry already today so gave her a feeding of nutes today and following their schedule of feed, water, water feed so next watering will be plain pH’d water. Did a pretty heavy defoliation as well as removing a bunch of lower growth. This will probably be the only time I do this to her and will just removed dying or dead leaves from here on out, I’m just hoping I didn’t over do it but I supposed we’ll see how she does the next few days. Day 68 - All seems good and chugging along nicely after the heavy defoliation and somewhat lollipopping yesterday. Didn’t even take her out of the tent, just tucked a couple leaves that are trying to stand up and block the light. Day 69 - Right in cue, she was ready for water today so she got two gallons with cal-mag pH’d to 6.7. Looks like she’s finally stopped stretching at 27.2 inches tall and hopefully now she’ll start beefing up on the buds. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and she’s still got a ways to go and gonna be way past the 9 weeks they’re “supposed” to take but I always expect things to go longer but this will most likely be a 15-16 week harvest. Other than that, I didn’t do anything with her today but she’s definitely going to be needing more water tomorrow.

Всем привет. Все-таки решил в начале недели перевести на 12 часов и, в принципе, оказалось очень вовремя. Оно еще подрастет сантиметров на 15 к пику цветения и расстояние до лампы будет прям идеальное. Помимо этого удалил много веток на нижних этажах, чтобы всё шло в основные, а не в мелкую поросль. Так и получилось, растение начало активно утолщать основные ветки и стало еще расти вширь. Листья чувствуют себя очень хорошо, ни единого намека на передозировку или дефицит. Есть небольшой профицит азота, но его совсем чуть чуть. Старые листья, где начался некроз от чрезмерной освещенности, чувствуют себя отлично, некроз прекратился, а листья позеленели и работают на все 146%. Листья стали расти с 11 лепестками. Воды пьет по 2 литра в сутки, корневая разивлась очень хорошо. Нам 35 дней и мо скоро станем еще красивей и будем радовать бутонами цветов. Всю неделю подпитывал 700PPM удобрениями на вегу. Следующею неделю буду комбинировать вегу и цветение. Спасибо, что заглянули. Всем огромной удачи!

Pistils are slowly turning brown, trichomes cloudy and buds are ripening. Started flushing the soil this week for the next 7-14 days depending on the progress of the plants.

Made a few mistakes with this first grow. To much light and under watering but she’s growing nicely today!

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds.
