they're gettin fat!

En general me encanto cultivar esta genética, siempre fue la primer genética que quise cultivar desde que empecé en esto y no me decepciono en lo absoluto, de una sola semilla obtuve 106 gramos de flores de gran calidad 😃 increíble para ser mi primer cosecha con semillas de bancos, ya quiero ver que resulta en la próxima cosecha ya con más experiencia y mejor equipo 🤩

Permanent Marker was the last one standing and got the chop at day 75 of flower, nearly 11 weeks. The trichomes were still not very amber anywhere except the top sugar leaves, but it was about 90% milky white, and the leaves were all drying out. I bagged 36g of larfy buds and trimmings, 20.5g top buds, and 12g small buds. 32g smokable is not bad. I will update with smoke report in a couple weeks, but initial tests were promising. Strong chemical taste not far off from its namesake, with a KO strength punch.

Lost power for 30 hours due to the storm and Fires last week but managed to make it through ok. Been flushing them heavy and noticing some beautiful purple coming in. Just took them down and hung to dry. Can't wait to see how close I get to my goal!

WOW that was a much needed week of plumping up. What a wonderful difference 1 week made in the tent. The ladies are really looking healthy and beautiful. Absolutely caked in crystals. My guess/hope is another 4-7 days of plumping up, then a week to mature and ripen up before harvest. Hoping to see some color soon but the smell is wonderful. Smells creamy. 😍😍 Hopefully what I've learned and changed from the previous grows is paying off, they are nice and short, fairly level. Most of the flowers are in direct light. Was pretty worried and thankfully for no reason. Cheers to another week of plumping up 🙏🙏🙏

New flowering continues to develop on this lady, she seems to be swelling up day by day. Yellowing of the fan leaves has started which usually means it's time to flush, I need to check the trichomes to see how amber they appear before I do just in case the flavour or yield could be effected.

Smell is starting to get very noticeable with the tent open. This is the last week of fert I'm going to do.

day 70 was harvest day !! really fast strain, 24h light ON really played a big role as well frosty buds and amazing strawberry smell, now lets dry it !!

Week 5 flowering (a week is 5 days) I lowered the longer branches trying to give as more light as possible to the plants, correct some top branches direction and defoliate a little bit. Both plants keep developing some beautiful flowers with beautiful hairs and trichomes on buds and leaves. This week I started using Overdrive in my feeding blend. Advanced Nutrients for coco professional program (I calculated EC of every single nutrient and made a custom dosage program for every week according to a more realistic EC value - check nutrients in my diary). Plants are doing well, leaves are beautifully green without signs of nutrients burns, excess or deficiencies. They are watered every day in the morning with fertilized water. My daily routine is to correct the training of the branches, removing unwanted popcorn/bottom growth and removing leaves that covers buds and leaves that don’t perform well (i.e.: leaves at the bottom that will not take light). 🌱

At the end of week 3 I topped one of the strawberry cough they are all looking good and starting to veg I’m all caught up with the grow diary’s and will add at the end of every week. I’m in Australia and did start a little late into the season but hope to get a decent grow in they will be at my brothers once transplanted and he has a few aswel that I will add into the grow log nothing but sun and water only use a little thrive that’s from Bunnings that I get from my pops shed. They will be in a nicer cleaner soil when transplanted into veggie beds and will have chicken poo as a nutrient source first time ever using chicken poo so see how it goes. Will keep the grow log updated and hopefully everything goes all well for the travel and transplant for the plants in the next few days

An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Next to thanking Santa Maria for her healing, we would like to thank our friends here, all who shared their kind words, advice, and attention. 5.6oz dry weight wow! First grow & in soil?? This strain is amazing! Anyone that grows this will not be disappointed! She smells and tastes and smokes absolutely amazing! So fruity! She is my firm favourite strain now! Beautiful! Really recommend her so much!

Day 63 — All progressing well. The Sensi bloom fertilizer has fixed all issues and the buds are really coming on now. I still have no explanation why one LB is tall and lanky and the other is stocky and thick. Only difference was I topped them a week apart. I switched to 12/12 schedule today. Read somewhere that resin production increases on that schedule. I am also just running bloom lighting for the past week. Seems to benefit them so will continue. I figure another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to harvest. Cheers!

Greetings This week I switched to 12/12, switched to the base for flowering

The buds started to get very thick! First leafs turned yellow and purple. More and more hairs start to get amber. Maybe 2 more weeks in and they will be ready for harvest :)

Day 22 - Everything is going well so far. I redid the LST today and got about 6 nodes to the light. She is growing fast and quite healthy so I'm happy👍☮️. Day 25 - She has made a full recovery from the nitrogen deficiency! I'm now giving her a little bit of Top-Max to help stimulate the flower phase 🌸. Day 28 - Everything is moving alone nicely! I tied her branches down again today. She responds very well to LST. Her leaves are nice big indica leaves and are a perfect green color.
