September 10th, Like I mentioned in my last post. She started flowering. But i was truly amazed The flowering of rhis girl from the week is nothing like what i have witnesssed so far in my grows outdoor. Usually outdoors, plants preflower and stack up for ages.(4weeks or so) This Killer kush seems to skip time and pop out nugs all at once. Tiny balls all over this plant now. Buds ..inside, outside and.in between Cant wait so wait to see how this one progresses during weeks to come ! Weather was stormy for a few days. Fortunatly more sunshine is on it's way...according to weather model.

Its finally harvest day.

Both plants look very healthy and are showing vigorous growth. They only receive nettle manure tea occasionally and no other supplements or fertilizers. Considering this minimal input, they are in excellent condition and look outstanding.

I have not added any nutrients yet as its day 20 , they germinated on the 2nd of April and it's been 20 days , plenty of nutrients in soil coco mix , temp and humidity good and just added two additional fans today one outside and now 3 inside, extract fan timed 8 times a day to come on for 15 minutes , air intake and circulation fans on for 30 minutes every hour , 18 hours of light for now

Gave my girls a trim got all those half eaten leaves with spidermites then made a mixture of soap eucalyptus , and teatree essential oils and gave them a bath in it. (Sprayed em down with a spray bottle) seems to have worled so far gonna make a few more times and spray my ladies down a few more times so as to kill the bugs when the eggs hatch.the are starting to look better and hopefully they thrive. Week one flowering!!!!!

So I think this was the 7th week or so but I flipped to flower with a 48 hour dark period around day 53ish. I opened the tent to neon budsites!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 21/04/2023 Day 65 We are almost there, I can see pistils are quite mature now, maybe less on the top, but that's fine to me. Tomorrow will I will begin the Kleen for 3 days and harvest on Tuesday 25. 23/04/2023 Day 67 Now 100% with Final Clean (TA), EC 0.2 (because it mixes the remaining last nutrient mix from the upper tank 4L against 12L in the lower tank) I've just realized I messed up with the Diary weeks, can't be at Week 11 yet, on day 67. Hand the week showed on Diary cover is even set to 12. Not sure if I could set 10 to this one too. Will try anyway. => no, I can't go back, I would be able to set 12, good when you're late in publishing though..

09/29/2020 Washing off all the nasty dust, pollen,and such that has accumulated over her long veg and flower period. She is 72.1 grams wet I guess she should dry out to around 18-22 grams. Which is fine as this was a tester to see if I will do again. I am keeping a clone till I grow a few dozen more seeds, to see different phenotype/genotype. It will take some time but I am hunting for a UNICORN before I will stop! 🙏 lol Good candidate for a grafting project Will update the rest of the report in a couple weeks to let dry out and cure some before testing. I chose this strain because it is said to not make me hungry and no red eyes but I will let you know soon.🙏 10/07/2020 She's dry and jarred up final weight 21.2 grams. Smell of hay and sugar should improve over next couple weeks. Preliminary smoke report, very smooth not much taste but feel it right away soon after first hit last 3.5 hrs. So just waiting on the cure for full flavor report.

day 58: Just visual checks. Soil still felt a little moist. The "burned" leaf tips didn't get worse. day 59: Watering day. It may be a bit early, but I decided to give her only plain ph regulated water from now. I find it hard estimate the procentual distributation of light/cloudy/brown pistils/trichomes. From checking several buds I'd say about 20-25% of the pistils are brown and 20-30% of the trichomes are cloudy. Additionally removed some small popcorn buds that were freshly developing near the ground and a few inner leaves. day 60: Just visual checks and refreshing humidification. day 61: Just visual checks and refreshing humidification. day 62: Day of watering. Some buds are at about 40-50% brown pistils, while some others are still at about 10%. So I decided to give it at least some nutrients one last time and poured 3 liters of water with fertilizer and 3 liters with ph-down only. I think we are getting closer to the goal. day 63: Found some suspicious looking leafs in the center of the plant. By now I don't really now if it is because I lowered nutrients or some major problem. Let me hear what you think. day 64: Just visual checks. We're getting closer to the end.

Start of week 2 There growing like clock work taking the first nutrients like a champ and now we have improved there invoirment they going to take off. Finally have put up the new setup from spider farmer together and I am very pleased with a modern version more control and can watch from distance what's going on . Week 11 for Peyote Zkittlez by @seedsman Even though she seems to be doing okay, I'm expecting a nice amount of side growth from all her colas but she's doing slower than I would expect. Maybe i give her a nice dry back this week... see if we can get extra root growth weather seems to be stable from here on out between 32-35 degrees. Actually thinking of running a super long extension cord to get a fan down there, but its a good 50 Meters from the house😂
