Week 2 of Veg went really well! Overall I just continued the same nutrient feeding regiment I used last week just without a few due to them being Organic amendments they'll break down into the Soil releasing slowly so I'll amend with them again before Flower. I used Fish Shit or Fish Emulsion at a rate of 1tsp per gal and gave them both a Liter of the solution. The ppm was 200 and EC of 400. Then, a day of just H2O. Next, I gave them the MaxiGrow at a rate of 1tsp per gal and gave them a L each. The ppm was 710 and EC of 1420. Next, I gave them just H20. Then, I gave them Real Growers Soil Recharge at a rate of 1tsp per gal. The ppm was 105 and EC of 210. Then, I gave them The Stash Blend at a rate of 1tsp per gal, PPM of 705 EC of 1410. Oh I need to mention my H20 is always at a PH of 7.0 and all my Nutrient Solutions are a PH of 6.2. due to my grow medium being Soil. That's all for this week but overall what easy growing, well spacing, evenly looking, and nicely branching plants!!

Earlier in the week, I saw a discolored bud, and upon closer inspection, I found bud rot. Ugh. I immediately cut off the infected bud and the one closest to it. I looked through the canopy but couldn't see any more affected buds. Right after, I went out of town for a few days to Mary Jane, the big Cannabis Conference in Berlin. It was the first one after legalization, and it was wild. I had an awesome time, and it was great to meet up with friends while in Berlin. What wasn't so great was seeing more signs of budrot when I returned home—those days of +85% humidity at the start of last week made the botrytis go brr. Sigh :( Checking the trichomes showed it was still early to harvest, but I decided to chop anyway to save the unaffected buds. I also decided to hang each branch separately, as it would allow me to inspect each one closely to ensure no affected buds made it into the drying tent. Another reason is to decrease the drying time. Usually, I prefer a long dry, but due to botrytis, I aim to speed up the process. Overall, I found 12-15 affected buds, and of course, they're always the nicest-looking buds. I don't care about the yield loss, as more than enough is still left. I only hope the remaining buds are unaffected, and I'll inspect them daily throughout the dry. Now we wait. And hope.

Great grow!! Should end up with over a half a pound off of these 2 and the little I harvested about 2 weeks ago. I got 2 oounces dry off of her. They smell amazing and are covered with trichomes

Harvest time!

Start of Week 5 I have two sections of plants growing from the same feeding resivour. For the first time ever I've decided to do a mid grow flush. I ran through 1-2gal of water on each 5 gal bucket. I use only perlite as medium so I figured that I wouldn't need much to flush. It all drained back to the main resivour and I disposed of it. I ran a 24hr cycle of straight PHed tallboy filtered tap water (160ppm) and then drained that again (340ppm). I refilled the resivour with fresh nutes and PHed again (1100ppm)

This was the girls last week! I decided to call them finished on day 63 the tricomes are almost all cloudy, with a small amount of amber. I’ve learned that they continue to degrade as you dry and cure your flower, so I’m trying something new for me, and pull them a little earlier than I usually would. In addition, after watching a podcast (Dude Grows Show) if you don’t know, check it out… I decided to run the lights for 18 hours instead of 12/12 for the last 5 days before harvest. The idea behind this, is to stress the plant enough to increase its natural sunblock/protections, which would be terpenes and tricomes just before you harvest, while also possibly quickening the finishing time for your plant. The group was discussing the benefits of this (listed above) while some already had implemented these practices when finishing plants. The recommended time to run extra light time would be around the last 5-9 days of the plant, without having any nanners or weirdness happening with your plants. Anyways, they finished amazing, sticky, stinky and heavy ❤️ the Terps are crazy on these strains….Harvest details to come. Thanks for stopping by 💚🇨🇦👊

Last week for these ladies. Kept the soil moisture levels very low leading up and did a final heavy de leaf of pretty much anything that doesn’t have trichomes growing on it and will be shutting the lights and turning the heat off for the last 48 hours. Keeping a lot of the sweet leaf on to keep the moisture throughout drying and will do a dry trim. Will be aiming to have a long slow drying period (12-15 days hanging) before I jar them up for curing. Won’t be adding many quality pictures this week since half the time they’re in the dark but will post harvest pictures as they come down :)

Hello 👋… This week kicks off w8 of flower for unknown but, again I’m a few days behind. As the pics and vid for this week suggests she’s, fading quite well and looks to be ready in maybe a week or so. Temps have been under control this week and with that being said she’s still packing on “frost” and her smell is something that, definitely rocks in a very stink but amazing way 😷🤤🤤. She’s also finished with recent end of 3w nute feed (Dr. Earth 💪) so I’m just letting her, finish up depleting what’s left in the medium. This week kicks off (few days behind as well) w13 for wwa. As you can see still fattening up and packing more frost on as well. I’ve been checking for maturity of trichomes (still very new) and haven’t seen any majority of, milky cloudy or amber trichomes. I’m basically waiting for her to show me she’s ready and I believe that, maybe another week will do the job 🤞🤞🤷‍♂️. Also stopped feeding nutes as well. Oh yesssss and it’s VERY obvious that wwa will be producing some purple excellence 🤩😎😎. Thanks for stopping by reader/fellow growmie. If you feel that I’m wrong please help a noob out! Starting to see the first pistils! They are stretching big time.

Terra Bloom seems to make a great job (first time using organic & mineral nutrients together). The Smell of N13 is truly wonderful (tasty candy), DBK smells spicy and earthy. The "big flowering" is on a good way. I will start UVB light next week.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla Melon de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina son muy pegajosas, tienen tonos verdes bonitos, y tiene unos aromas dulces y exóticos bastante marcados con toques terrosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida, tiene buenos satélites, de las que plante de fastbuds, podría decir que mi favorita hasta el momento. This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Missed a few weeks due to I.T. problems. She has been going great really filling out her colas, she is super frosty & sticky & has a nice sweet/earthy smell. Added scrog net help seperate branches & open up the middle of plants. She has just finished her 6th week of flower

Finally flipped the lights over to flower mode and took the humidifier out of the tent. So far so good we are gonna keep watching to make sure we didn't over do the nuts. Don't want any Nut burn that can be annoying. make sure you hit the follow button
