Thought she was finally done last week, but I took the advice of some very helpful growmies and gave her another 10 days. Trichomes are cloudy, and some of the top buds have started to foxtail. I usually look forward to harvesting but this one is bittersweet.

Removed all the new side shoots and the first set of fanleaves. Did this because I want the plant to focus all of its energy on the main stem. I dont need any new side shoots. I thought that this weekend I would flip them in to flower. But I'm going to wait some more. I want to see more height in the plants and I think that after this defoliation that hight will come quick😁🚀 PATIENCE IS KEY! On day 75 I changed the light colour from blue to red to see if this can promote some stretch before changing the lightcycle to flowering. ‼️I did not change the hours of light‼️ On day 76 it seems like there has definitely been some kind of reaction from the plants overnight. They seem to have stretched a little bit. I'll keep a close eye on em these coming days.

I soaked my seeds for 24 hours in a mixture of 6.3 ph water, BioAg Ful-a power & Aloe Vera. i then inoculated the soil with the mixture of all the nutrients I listed above then placed the seeds 1/4” down into the soil. I then sprayed the top with my pump sprayer & put them under a humidity dome. 75 F degrees & 89% humidity.

First week of flowering. The plant will stretch, so i adjusted the LED dimmer to 100%. Did a good defoliation too. Doing good, very healthy big plant. It grew a lot of ramifications.

Through week 5 of flower and all is generally good. The whole tent stinks like hell of berries, pine and earthy Kush. They’re all presenting something a little different in terms of growth but still very similar terp profiles and bud structure. Seed maturation is showing on some of the lower nodes as well. We’re getting much closer here. Hopefully not more than a couple weeks but we’ll see. #1 will go off first for sure. She’s showing a progressing N deficiency that likely isn’t fixable but it does remain possible she’s simply ending her cycle. If so, it’ll be a trait worth noting on the F2 run. Until next week, ✌️! Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Blue dream keep the buds growing is a big plant compared to the purple lemonade which is doing good also seems like she’s a week behind the blue dream … also idk if the light too close to the plant but some yellowing on the blue dream I think is more like zinc deficiency…..

Two of the three have been cut. The first one was just a stubby little lady that had just under an ounce of dried flower. The second one was taken last night and her main cola weight 5 wet and was just covered in oily terpenes. This last one while behind the others is by FAR the frostiest and I can’t wait for her to ripen. Therefore I am not calling it a harvest until the trichomes become perfect as the last one did.

Fractal #2 - Final Review 🌿⭐ What an incredible journey with Fractal #2 from Divine Seeds! This girl went on quite the adventure - indoor start, outdoor middle, indoor finish! Hi guys, I just let them go, free growing taking care and adapting temperature the best I can. Nutrients I had a bit more and just the minimum dosage of Cal-Mag. I AM happy and they look too.

The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.
