27.2.25: Watermelon 🍉 and Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 are both far below the scrog net, they've definitely stopped stretching now. My LST on these was much worse than even just using the net. 😅 That was certainly a valuable takeaway. I'm sure Purple Lemonade 💜🍋 will be good. Watermelon 🍉 was so stunted. It's not a tall strain, usually either, but nevertheless, the buds there are looking very frosty and are very, very sticky! 😅 Should be a good smoke, eventually, 🤗 just won't be much to bag unfortunately.

Hello Growmies, Two weeks into vegetation, our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is striking a fine figure in the grow tent. Slowly but surely she is fattening up and is turning yellow with splashes of red/pink, leds were a little too low or hps at the beginning of flowering damaged her fan leafs... Next time I will know better which is the cause. Smallish buds but those are coated with trichomes, sugar leafs too. Going to make some cannabutter! I think 1 or 2 more weeks before harvest depending how she looks, I want her Calyxes to mature fully before chopping her!

Dopo 14 giorni di lavaggio (10 con flawess finish e 4 solo acqua a 200ppm) ha preso un colore autunnale stupendo! Tra tutte sicuramente salta molto all'occhio....gli ultimi due giorni l'ho lasciata denutrita in modo che capisse che stesse arrivando la sua fine ed oggi ha ricevuto il suo colpo di grazia 😔..... Pulita completamente da ogni tipo di foglia di zucchero il peso complessivo (senza rami e rametti) sono di 334g...molto molto soddisfatto del risultato e del prodotto finale! Pe. Sto che da me adesso fa caldo e non riesco a fare scendere la temperatura di più la sera per darli un colore un po' più violaceo...ma forse era un fenotipo proprio così, ma non mi interessa il colore onesto, l'importante e il risultato finale e sono veramente molto contento! Grazie infinite a fast Buds per l'opportunità che mi dà ogni giorno facendomi coltivare le loro genetiche e spero che questo diario possa essere di aiuto a qualcuno...un altro ringraziamento va sicuramente alla parte più importante del progetto, il pubblico! She is lookin like an identical twin to my first blackberry and I love it. I love this strain. As an avid gardener, it's a beautiful flower just to have on display. She is moving along better than the WCOG and BDM even though she is in the same soil. No smell yet but I expect that unforgettable deep berry smell to kick in next week. I fed her the above ratio of nutrients today,

The two main events this week: Defoliation and training. The ladies seem to take it well. As you could see last week I got a deficiency in one of them. It turned out to be a Phosphorus def. Apparently the nuts I use have a rather low amount of Phosphorus... I had the same problem in my last grow(dark leaves, slow bud development)... unfortunately that time I didn't get what was happening. So I started giving them "Bud Explosion" now, 2ml/l, which basically contains a mix of Phosphorus and Potassium, and the improvement was almost instantly noticeable! I'm thinking they get 4-5 more days to recover in veg. then I flip them.

Here we are with the 5th (and last) week of veg! Finally I transplant the Queens in their definitive home. Queen #5 wants to be different, so she decide to top herself in a particular way. I really like her shape and all the branches all around! I have to change the light setup for the flowering stage, but I don't know if the box will be able to hold up two cooltube reflectors: I hope it won't implode for too much weight. The funky one has the biggest new growths coming out of the nodes this is week 6 some ph damage from acccaidental un Ph neem mix that I use I forgot to ph but that was about right after the begging of week 5 doing good now looking less ph burned and the new growths are getting big . 7/18/21 - They are looking good! Harvest day is coming and we are excited. We have just a few days left. Giving ph 6.0 water. 7/19/21 - Everything looks good. On track for harvest! 7/20/21 - Looking good. Just a few more days left before we chop. The final ripening is going on. 7/21/21 - We are preparing the drying room. The buds look awesome! We have mason jars for curing after the dry. 7/22/21 - These plants stink so good! Tomorrow we cut both plants down! They will be drying in 70 degrees temp and 56% humidity. 7/23/21 - We pushed back harvest one day due to a medical emergency. No biggie, the plants will ripen one extra day. 7/24/21 - HARVEST DAY!! - We cut the plants, removed all fan leaves and hung in a temperature/humidity controlled room. More pics/videos/weight and more will be added when we are finished drying and we post our harvest results. The smell is of strong pine and a little sweet. We are very excited to try the smoke.
