Been a good week for this girl. This gelat og is about perfect as far as her node spacing and the stretch she put on. Looks like she is going to have a lot of foot long colas if things continue to go as smooth as they are. Gave the girls a flush and fresh nutrients. Found some tiny bugs floating in the reservoir and crawling around in the perlite so I added some hydrogen peroxide and turned the pumps to high to try to kill them and flush them out. Looks like it did the trick. I ordered some ladybugs and lacewings just to be safe. Hoping for smooth sailing to the finish.

They were showing signs of Ca and Mg deficiencies and I increased my CalMg additive at 350ppm before I add my base nutrients. They seem to love it.

This strain was easy to grow. I started out without an hygrometer. Due to delivery problems i had it very late and my girl noticed that becauce the envirement wasnt optimal for her. She did survive that period, after that she got defoliated multiple times, and i got really rough with her sometimes and broke of some stems, and that was no problem for her. I also had an encouter with thousands of thrips, which i had to nuke to remove them from my girl and she didnt even bother. In veg she was a good to handle, in flower it was a little bit harder and i think she likes alot more PK at the end of her lifetime than i offered her. But thats more of a guess. The smell matches more a cross between blueberry and lemon kush in my opinion. The gelato part is not so noticable at the end of the road.(for me atleast) But the blue in other hand is very dominant and strong by smell and taste. I ended up with hardrock buds even the smaller ones, so im very happy with the outcome. Because of my thrips invasion and usage of bioquant, i wanted to wash my buds for once to clean of all the dirt, dust, insect remains and other particles that shouldnt be in my bud. I did the oh so underrated BUDWASH, and wauw if would deffinatly recommend it to every grower with just a few plants. It really cleans your buds without effecting your potency, terps and overall buds. I also noticed that all buds dried at the same rate cause of the evenly spead moisture i guess. I ended up with 48.34 grams of hard and dry buds I took about 10 grams and turned it into superdelicious rosin because i also love to dab 😍 Thank you growdiaries for this amazing platform. this week is doing fine watching them grow after last week F.I.M and topping they look healthy and are recovering from past root rot problem for me calcium hypochlorite and blanking the bucket with thermal reflective material saved my grow and after all im not adding more chlorine than regular tap water since im using reverse osmosis keep your roots healthy and is basically the same as UC roots

12/11/2019 Update is a couple days early but, I'am quite happy with growth this week, transplanted #1 to a 3gal, pot added p Plant Success 3-1-2 With Myco and tricoderma..?,. That should aid in reducing transplant shock, #2 transplant next week need more soil. 12/13/2019 Uploaded pic, hope to do video but we will see. #1 is 5.5" tall # 2 is 3" tall but fatter leaves both are nice dark green. They do not mind the cold, 60°f temps for past couple weeks in fact they have done better at lower temps than anything else I have growing, but I am putting in another heat mat to get soil temps up around 72°f. For other plants they should do well. 12/16/2019 can't seem to get Pics to upload,but #2 has some stinky citrus smell and is at 5" today only one inch shorter than #1,while #1 has a more veg smell, and paler leaves, #2 dark green. Also I believe is Saw my first Preflower on #2 today.🙏 12/19/ 2019start week 6 veg can't get pics uploaded but will add soon as I can. This week Repotted,lite watering to make sure she searches for water, will feed next week lite veg feed maybe trim a little. 🙏

12/7 Week five and in full flower. Runoff was way high 1400-1700 ppm this accounts for the tiny white tips on new growth. Increased amount to 0.5 gal once a day but may have o go back to twice a day. Still on half/grow half/bloom until the stretch plays out still trying to hit 700ppm of feed without runoff exceeding upper limits so feed alone is running 600ppm to counter the hard water. Once I have a handle on the runoff will up nuets. After some thought and a bit of reading I decided to do this as a root drench and fertilized flush to remove all salts from the pot. 0.5 gal 5.7PH CT Grow AB / Kangaroots /Fish Sh!t with @50% runoff - 950ppm (unadjusted 750ppm adjusted) in / and 1020ppm out.
