Crazy week with work and the girls. Day 37 and flowers are foaming nicely. Did give her a haircut and the leafs I removed were nice and green and healthy. After a few years of using Canna I can say its has grown on me as one of my favorite nutrient companies. Did have a mess this week with the pump kicking on by accident and pumping the girls with 3 gallons of nutrient water. No worries as the girls recover fast. When I grow autos or photo periods I give Cannas PK 13/14 from about 35-55. Then no more after that. The results at the end speak for themselves.

Day 45 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Lemon skittles and XXL ammo are tall, bud nice and smelly plants! This chocolope took to the LST well. The buds have swelled to massive proportions, I am more than impressed with my first dedicated photo grow. I am definitely a dna genetics fan for good!

Day 29- Increased Silica Gold dose by 1ml. Day 33- Defoliated some fans leaves that are blocking the new shoots. Day 34- Check out the shoots! Comparison- The 5gal plant that gets topped is doing much better than other two 5gal plants in LST!! Probably going to replenish the soil with aerated worm+microbe tea next week.

Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. It was a good week

Fragrances are really starting to develop this week. Both phenotypes smell differently. Leia has more of an earthy vibe going on so far while Maz smells straight up like candy! 🍬 Leia's yellow pistils are still stretching like crazy and her buds are nice and stacked. The bud structure on the Maz phenotype are very reminiscent of the Skywalker OG that was the mama for this cross. It's really cool to see and appreciate the differences. I changed my watering practices from 1 gallon every 6 days to 1/2 gallon every 3-4 days. The plants have seemed much happier with the change. 😉

She’s stalled and started fading, not sure if she’s just taking nutrients from the leaves to build buds or if she’s getting close to finish. Trichomes are all clear so I’m gonna test the soil and then decide what to do from there. Either way, she’s beautiful and she smells amazing! Like a tropical cheese skunk.

Harvested Plant #2 and Plant #3 at 11 weeks. Still have #4 and #5 to go. They are just about ready. Been waiting until the leaves turn purple. These plants have been flushing for weeks because I thought they were going to be done sooner, but they haven't missed a beat. They have a very strong, sweet smell. I highly recommend Cobbler Crisp!!!
