Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. Plant is the smallest of the bunch and seems to be showing a bit of elongation mutation at the beginning but she’s still green and growing. I’m sure she’ll grow out of this stage soon. Can’t wait to see. 1/9/24 Transplant day today. Can’t wait to watch them grow!

Started to flush this week, looking to chop next weekend hopefully depending on how the trichomes look. Pistols mostly amber now and buds smelling strong, looking forward to my 1st harvest now, Happy growing!

3/8 (0745): CP weedlings look super happy. Can see the next node starting to develop between the fan leaves! HK and 710 germinating away. 3/8 (1600): Horticultural charcoal was delivered yesterday so I did a little top dress on the seedlings. Gave a light watering too. 3/9 (0730): Second node is coming in quick! Seeds still germinating but expecting to see green tonight or tomorrow AM. 3/9 (2230): CP growing strong, expect the second set of leaves by EOD tomorrow. HK and 710 broke soil over the course of the evening and will be upright by tomorrow morning! Learned from some key mistakes: didn’t water as much, planted the seed deeper so the shell would come off. Feeling good!! 3/10 (1200): HK and 710 seedlings are making their way up today! Had to help the 710 out of the inner seed coating, which was holding the cotyledons together. Both seedlings are open and getting sunlight, everyone's very happy. Both CPs are growing their second node quickly. 3/10 (2245): watered CPs. PH 6.4 going in and 7.1 coming out. Have been misting the HK/710 as needed. 3/12 (0900): watered/misted all. PH. 6.2 going in and 6.4 coming out. Much better. CPs are filling out their 3-bangers and have the start of growth for the fives. Ordered some smart plugs yesterday in the hopes of automating environment control a little.

FINALLY STARTING THE PHOTOPERIODS AND I HOPE MY TIMING IS GOOD FOR CHOPPING THE AUTOFLOWERS..........SEEDS PUT INTO THE SOIL ON JUNE 22ND. SORRY TO EVERYONE WHO TRIES TALKING TO ME....I STILL CANT TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE I TRIED CHANGING MY EMAIL ON HERE AND IT MESSED EVERYTHING UP. I CANT LIKE ANYTHING OR COMMENT ON ANYTHING. THE WORST IS I CANT JOIN CONTESTS STRIVE NUTRIENTS IS THE BEST IVE EVER USED. A MUST TRY AND I BUY IT MYSELF. GOT A SAMPLE LAST YEAR AND ITS SO GOOD I BOUGHT MORE. ITS A 2 PART POWDER NUTRIENT THAT DISSOLVES IN MINUTES AND YOU MIX THE SAME STRENGTH OF THE 2 PART NUTRIENTS FROM WEEK 2 UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED (BESIDES THE FLUSH), NO MORE BULLSHIT OF SWITCHING TO BLOOM FERTILIZER. Fatting buds

Man this lady is moving quick. Her bud development is supercharged. Her engine is roaring as she explodes her way through bloom. Buds are already getting solid and are very structured. Trichomes are piling on at a staggering rate. Shes gunna be one frosty lady! She got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up her treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Upped the pk intake as she is blooming strong now. Gotta keep her engine well fuelled. Response was stellar. had a lot of issues with my ph and overfeeding so i flushed her the last 2 weeks , overall im happy with the results. Not my best yield but it'll keep improving. She smells great citrus and lemon sense! 🙂

15/08/18 - all looking good got loads of roots piercing out the sides of the smart pot , I’m thinking of adding cannazyme soon to break up all the dead roots etc, I’m feeding them the usual tonight and 2 litres each 💧and I’m done with LST now im just gonna let them start to stretch🙏🏻🙌🏻 17/08/18 - saw some weird marks on a leaf or two this morning and then later on it look like the pic above, it’s only happening on older leaves it’s not affecting any new growth, I’m out of grow questions so any help would be grear ✌️🏻 20/08/18 - just watered them with the above ☝️🏻 All looking good think I’m half way through the stretch so I’ve started to add some canna boost to the solution , probably gonna do some LST later on this week.

Seeding completed. A problem of temperature which rose to 28°c for 24/30h. I start the 20/4 cycle tomorrow. nb: concerning elycitor I put 1g/l once a week and I alternate between root + bio technology and Hesi root complex.I take all advice with pleasure! ----> day 10 I start the fertilizer & algamic Biobizz

Just trying to get back to normal life after the Thomas fire. I believe I have two phenotypes of some gorilla glue lineage as the seed came from a very tasty dispensary quarter. Even though the little ugly plants look grotesque, they are loaded with bud sites. I have photos and videos and notes of the past few weeks so I will try to back annotate. Gradually ramped light down from 18 hours to 12 after power outages due to the fire, and it was about good time to flip anyway. It is so much easier to control temperature during the winter in my space. The lights keep the space at a pretty steady 74 F. I haven’t pushed PPM and am keeping Ph in the 6-6.8 range. I’m using peony rings as support and to spread a little but I am not training for a perfectly flat canopy as I had excellent popcorn nugs in my last grow even with the lights over 2x further than optimal. Defoliated the lower branches but I am not defoliating aggressively, but will continue to remove any withering leaves. Sorry for the slow updates. The fire has been pretty traumatic for my city and myself, and I’m just getting back to normal life. My home, family and pets are safe, and the fire is mostly contained. Hi people, how are you all???? Week 7 here, and all is good with the plant, I did some defoliation to keep the airflow, and I got a ScrOG to open the plant a little bit to get more light. I am very happy with the results until this stage, is a whole new world for me :-) Thank you for following me. Peace and love! :-)

Two of the plants started blooming 2-3 days after changing the light pattern. The other two started late. So there is about 1 week-10 days between them.
