starting blooming week 8

Hey guys, The week went pretty smoothly and flowers are starting building up. I'll soon introduce Bloombastic for 10 days, increasing from 0.5 to 1.5 ml per liter. Other than that, this phenotype are bringing out some gorgeous color, and they are starting to smell. Now she's finally alone in the tent so I hope she will build up a little more. Hey guys she got the chop after 11day flush trich production is amazing got some nice colours coming through smell is a bit earthy skunky kind off she is a nice little bush expecting a few oz at least buds are formed perfect no foxtail at all 1 cola got a bit of mold so far the rest looked ok after thoroughly checking trying to keep temp around 65 and humidity around 60 put a video up for the competition of her and a few pics of another gorilla grown in here because she is beautiful ill upload harvest when dry and tested thanks for reading and following this journey happy growing them biggreens guys

Day 1 -Very small and bushy. So stuff branches make LST harder but not impossible....tend to use metal wire to help slowly pull the branches instead of bend them straight away

Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them! Thanks to everyone that followed the journey, showed support or just browsed through. It was truly an honor to raise such a beautiful young lady. Since the first day she has stood out on the others for speed and beauty, managing to become the real Tegridy queen of this round. The buds eventually turned blue-purple and are full of trichomes, they are not very big and full but we have done the strin other times is quite typical, but they are really very beautiful. The structure is very interesting, symmetrical and regular and the tops were perfectly level even without a scrog. It was a pain to cut it but it would certainly be dry to give us unexpected satisfactions. The perfume, the trichomes and the colors have made us energetic, talkative and creative even without tasting it just by looking at it we are crazy. beautiful beautiful beautiful.

Auto Moon Rock is growing great. She had a slow start, but is making progress now. She sprouted her first pistils today ot yesterday. She got some lst and selective defoliation done. She is looking good. The plants grew well this week, as did all the clones. Any extra rooted clones have been planted outdoors as a further experiment. We moved all the clones into a Veg room. Even though the large room is not in flower and still also in veg, we had to separate the plants due to lack of space. Also setting up for mother, clones and SOG in the future. The plants were defoliated and training continued. There are 2 weeks of Veg left hoping to have some very large plants for flowering. Aiming for large flowers.

This the start of 5th week of flower for these lady's have seen any red or color change thinking I have a greenies but it's cool they look amazing and smelling great this strain has been very good...also just seen the other night but I got purple starting to show 😁😍

Week_1 There's nothing great to report about the first week. I had 2 fans running at the beginning, but after 3 days I turned one fan off because it was stressing the right plant a bit too much (leaves drooping). After turning off the fan, the leaves turned back towards the light. Otherwise, I watered as before. I added 1 liter of reverse osmosis water, 2 ml of CalMag and watered each pot with 0.5l divided into 2 intervals. In order to increase the humidity in the tent, I started using the humidifier from day 4. During the day the humidity is 55% and at night it is 68%.

Week 13 december - 19 december

Week 2 of flower 12-5 She is growing nicely. She got a good dose of microbes yesterday. 2k ml she got cal/mag 5ml per gal, Drops 1ml, dusting of yucca, Kelp 1/16th tsp, EM 1 1 ounce per gallon and 1/2 tsp recharge. Top dress is soon. She will only get water x2 waterings. Cheesecake pictures tomorrow. I think I even may have, underwatered Cheese HAHAHAHA No way! Me ..... Underwater.... Thats a first! Now I have it marked. LOL 😬 J/s EM1 is kinda lol Icky. And the bottle almost exploded on me 😂 Good stuff. 12-7 Good ol plain water ph 6.2 Watered around 2.5 liters took it well. Roots are coming out the bottoms of both bags. 💪 Almost looks like worms 🤣 I must be doin ok, I haven't had them jump out before. 💪 And on both. Not the other 2 🤣 yet? The buds on 3x are tiny. They need top dressed, but i dont think thats it. May be a slow budder?? Idk, we shall see. But I do see signs of hunger. Top dress next water 💪 Removed all leafs pointing in. Or most at least. Very happy with progress. Still no signs of over water/feeding yet. 😁🤘 12-10 Top dress both 2 tbs buildaflower, 1 tbs craftblend, 1/4 cup poo. 12-11 Just growin tall.

day 15 of flowering (day 62): the stretch continues!! the plants are beautiful... I can't even frame them in the photo anymore!! the pictures you see are after the defo.. i completely forgot to take one before!!! Sorry I did a defoliation and moved my pots afterwards, so it's not the same arrangement as the previous week!! I tried to put the small ones behind, and the big ones in front! my cherry gar see clone is reborn from its ashes!! it almost seems like it was with the others from the beginning!
