Day 22 started to collect pollen Day24 2nd day of pollination. I see successful pollination. So I’m happy about that. Pollination is 4-6 days earlier than last time so hopefully chop week 9 but 10 is the limit.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. just before flowering 8 weeks ago-I took 2 clones of each strain from my last 4 diaries - 8 clones total and vegged them with CFL then went to LED reflector mars 192 (400w wall). now,my flowering room has just finished the last crop so i moved all 8 grown ups to veg another week and today i started 1212. i will be adding 2 X 300w BloomSpect LED panels in a week so total flowering led power is Mars Reflector 192 plus the 2units bloomspect 300 (660w wall). This diary records only flowering weeks without the clones vegging. I am having 8 plants with 660w @ 1.2m by 1.2m room - 10-12 oz dry is expected. Pictures soon Cheers

Week 9, what to say, I'm definitely doing this much better then last grow! Not seeing any major deficiencies, lower leaves are naturally going yellow and dropping off but the rest of the canopy is surprisingly green still! -Zambeza Super Silver Haze: Ahead of the bunch in size and ripeness iand s probably as chonk as it'll get, added some overdrive to finish it off. Not going to flush but probably will cut if in a week or 2 when I start seeing some Amber. -Royal Gorilla auto#1(the left one) Still buffing up and slowly getting more cone shaped and the stretching seems done now, filling out slowly, I think at least 3/4 weeks but not sure if my patience will agree. -Royal Gorilla auto#2 (the right one) The slow one of the bunch, seems to lag behind about a week so a month at least before it'll be done :/ Overall just doing 2 waters a week, wed & sun but they are getting more thirsty in noticing I just add nutes fairly freely, lowering the cal mag a bit, more top max and big bud. 450ppm Messed up the pH down today and I think it went in 5.9 but probably won't matter.

First week of flower is over and the stretch is on. Already started crushing and bending some branches on the taller plants to keep them as short as possible. They are really starting to fill out and the sour sorbet was fast to start popping pistils. I started some defoliation and cleaned up a few of the bottom branches. They need some more work over the next few days. I started them on a little maxibloom. I will increase it as I lower the maxigro over the next couple weeks. No water change this week and the ph is holding steady with no adjustments. Nutrients pumping 24 hours a day. Should see some nice fuzzy tops developing by the end of next week. I got some clones rooting from all but the twisted helix. They will be getting dusted with sugar cane pollen.

She looked a little sad this morning, you can see she's a little droopy in the pics. I water her once a day but the pot is so small I'm going to have to start doing twice a day.

Still getting slightly thicker.. insanely dense buds. Smells like Minty-sweet funky Gas. Definitely a very minty dominate smell which is exciting and interesting. Also compared to other strains that ive grown I like her fiery-orange pistils vs brownish color. Looks very appealing. This will be the last week of feeding flower nutes.. next week I plan to give her Cannazym and some boost(sugars). Last week will just be enzymes and or just plain water.
