23.11.2025 – BT19 Das Lollipopping und das Entlauben haben sie soweit gut überstanden. Die Buds wachsen wie verrückt und der Geruch nimmt stetig zu! Allerdings gibt es auch Probleme. Beim Gießen waren 3,5 L wohl doch zu wenig, sodass sich vermutlich Salze im Substrat angesammelt haben. Dadurch kam es zu einem Nährstoffbrand und einer Nährstoffblockade. Da ich bei der Clementine Slush bereits eine leichte Überdüngung an den Blattspitzen hatte, ist das Ganze natürlich besonders ärgerlich. Beim Drain der Zoap Rose habe ich einen EC-Wert von 2,0–2,1 gemessen und bei der Apples & Oranges sogar 2,3–2,4, was selbstverständlich viel zu hoch ist. Beide Pflanzen wurden anschließend nur mit Wasser (pH 6,2) und einer Zugabe von Cal/Mag gegossen – die Zoap Rose einmal und die Apples & Oranges zweimal.

Growing this popsicle cake definitely had its ups and downs. What started out looking like a dud of a seed turned out to be something pretty spectacular. Stacks the buds nicely to fill up the whole colas, super frosty, with an un godly stench of sweaty dirty socks. Still in the curing process but definitely has a heavy indica punch!

This is a unique autoflower version of the photoperiod Melonade Runtz and is kinda special as this strain, along with her other abundant terpenes, has a relatively unknown terpene by the name of farnesene which peaked my curiosity as a lover of terpenes... aren't we all?🤪 For a more in depth and thorough description of Auto Melonade Runtz I defer to the proverbial 'horses mouth', Dutch Passion. She is suitable for every type of grower (including beginners). This cannabis strain does well in soil and coco-fiber, but can also be grown hydroponically for the highest yields. Week 5 (Day 35) Flower- the week was uneventful. Building stacks, no issues, it’s been rainy here so the humidity has been high, the old dehumidifier is getting a workout 💪 I lowered the light an inch, might not seem like much, but I’ll watch and see if they can handle it. Full feed of nutrients tomorrow when the lights come on😎

Day 63 Flower Well we’re coming to the end of the grow cycle. These plants are looking great. They’re starting to get a bit of purpling on the leaves and trichomes are clouding up. I flushed with 7 gallons of plain water with typhoon cleanse. It’s stripped about 300 ppm per gallon, got my runoff down to 110, and probably do an RO flush if I need to push it longer. I am very happy with the stank, quality, density and trichome coverage on these buds. The smell is a ripe sweet lemon with and earthy hazy musk. Could use more lemon but I’m not going to complain. My house is rank and can be smelled outside even with the carbon filter going 24/7. I’m super excited to see how the effect is on this strain. It’s one of my all time favorites and I’m pumped that it has turned out to be quality!!! Happy Growing 🌱

I have started flushing with pH-adjusted Flawless Finish solution, expecting to harvest somewhere around the end of this week, although I will continue monitoring pistils and trichs. Upd: Added back 50% base nutrients and some flowering additives after researching some of the first responses to my flushing question. I learn every day. Even that which was scientifically proven true one day, might be even more scientifically proven absolutely false some time later (not related to flushing specifically). Thank you kings! Upd 2: Okay okay I cooked her with some cosmic rays or whatever those Chinese quantum bars emit — purple rays, I'll call it — that's on me. Turned them 30% down to see what's up. Light burn was not on my mind, because otherwise the leaves were not really curving that much, considering that this is 3 weeks overdue wrt advertised. Sorry about that, did not pay enough attention.

Day 1 of week 3 flower loads of small buds everywhere will be finishing flower burst feed end of this week then starting the pk9-18 should start seeing some big buds on there soon. Starting to smell decent and seeing loads of growth on the buds everyday!
