My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

they are all growing great and starting to get taller. a very robust plant and very easy to grow and maintain. they are getiing 1/2 the recommeneded dose of nutrients 3 times a week

Week 8 - Strawberry Gorilla RF3… 4/5 are still growing. I had to chop the mutated plant it started to herm. I should’ve caught it in time not seeing anything on others but we’ll see. The smell has me shocked you can feel it in your whole body. Terps are Pure Strawberry Pie & Super Fuel. I’ll update next week good luck everyone !

Another good week getting ready. They are all very well, as envisaged last week I will switch to Extreme mode of the table Aptus. I hope not to make mistakes, my mixture is ready but I find it very busy, but I tell myself that I follow the guide Aptus. We'll see 😥😱

Day 42 flowering: What a start to this update with the #3 Mango cream being ready for harvest NOW!!!. She has been maturing very quickly during the last few weeks and I have been concerned that she was somehow going towards a toxicity issue. Her buds began darkening really early in flower and I thought it looked very different to the others. As the last week has passed I have been looking at her trichrones with the microscope as they oustils had all gone majority brown too. They had mostly clouded and a couple of odd amber spheres were visible too. as the week went on I saw more begin to amber so took her out a day ago too have a dark period before trimmed for drying . She is the first I have ever had this quick in decades of growing !. The video shows her colours off well and her maturity to harvest too. @exoticseeds have a winner here. lol she smells amazing too with a really nice icky sticky feel . I will update her progress once trimmed. #1 is the smaller of the 3 remaining ladies now ansneven with the #4 beingna week behind her she is still the smallest in height. Her buds are nice and chunky and just as we hit the budswell period too , so shebshould finish with some nice sized colas. #2 Mango is a beast of a plant and by far the largest. Her main is a beast of a cola already with the side branching really picking up some size now too. A brilliant example of the strain I think. Her main is really tacky to touch and the nice smell it leaves all over my fingers is mouth-watering now. She should yield very well. #4Mango at day 35 looks very like the #3 plant for her bud appearance. slightly different pheno i think. More like a wedding cake strain but still very nice and colourful. She has been using pellets in the soil mix and just waterings but they are not good in my opinion and I have had to add megacrop to keepnher growing well now I waited as long as I dare to see if the pellets helped in flower but even using the second part of the feed has not helped. The megacrop has already begun to colour them back up to a more healthy green so i am hoping I can keep her happy until harvest now. She is pushing out a very nice fruity smell now too. I am looking forward to trying the photoperiod strains I have from exotic now and will be germinating Herz Og and Quick sherbet in a couple of weeks time for the summer run. Top genetics from a great breeder . Thank you Exotic. ###UPDATE###UPDATE###UPDATE### The Mango cream #3 has been in the dark for the past 48hrs and has now been trimmed and is hanging to dry. She will be dried low and slow now for approx 10-14 days at around 15-17°C in a large cardboard box with a steady air exchange. She has a surprising size and weight to her for such a short time from seed and is as finished as any plant i have harvested before . What an amazing little lady she has been to grow She looked a little stunted initially and soon filled the pot she was in. 20L was way too small for these genetics to flourish and at least a 30L would be my advice. Despite the stresses the plant feels very well. I did the topping last time, it will have 32 central branches and many other branches, I am going to leave it in the vegetation phase for 6 weeks, I will plant the scroging and fill one square meter 🌱👌

One gelato, the back left one has nute burn somehow despite having recieved almost no feeding recently, Second blue gelato 41 that was transplanted to grow bag later has caught up, going well, this gelato is growing like a complete boss, overtaken the other gelato that suffered nute burn from the new soil Day 40, going well after being defoliated yest, at least one plant showing female preflowers 😎

Day 105- So we are on week 8 of flower as of 2 days ago. Day 105 from seed. I watered both plants today with Jack's. I'm hoping this is the last time with nutes for at least one of the girls. My sativa has mostly cloudy trichomes so I'm going to start flushing her after this. I'm thinking she will be where I want her to be in a week. Maybe a tad longer. I'm waiting out the indica a little while longer because I'm shooting for a decent amount of amber. I can see the finish line What a major learning experience. So humbled to share this journey with you all. Not a perfect grow by any means but I hope to use this knowledge and crush my second grow. Day 109- Started 36 hours of dark at 5:30am Day 110- Trimmed and hung. What a ride it has been! Can't wait to update with a dry weight.

The first week of 12/12 light schedule is over and the stretch is on. Most of these plants are getting huge. I gave each plant a 10 gallon flush and fresh nutrients. Upped the maxibloom a little and increased the reservoir volume to 25 gallons since I won't be around to check on them this coming week. I am thinking we should have some pistils popping on the next update. Nutrients are pumping 24 hours a day. Excited to see how these start to frost over the next few weeks.

Day 82. Harvest time. Wonderful plant. Hope to have nice harvest of her. Will be updated after drying Happy Growing !!!

I managed to turn the negative heat temperature in to something positive by introducing co2 to the environment. As a result of the diy co2 method some of branches grew up by 1.5 inches in 2days! Will continue to utilise co2 in the box for now. I also had to adopt the defoliation method Way to many leaves could cause problems by raising the moisture level in the box. As a result of the defoliation a lot of light is reaching the bottom of the box. Which means I can grow other small plants in the box. I switched to bloom NPK ratios. Slowly introducing the raw mix. It’s doing fine and as allways no tip burns

Had to give them a treatment for white flys this week so she a bit sad but she will be alright

Harvest went great but couldn't be happier with 12 oz of off of this girl. I did take a clone that I'm going to try to reveg. I think it's awesome that she turned out to be a photo. At 50 days she was selling those signs of flour until I say River in to 1212 flower lighting and she took off
