8/23 shes smelling so much like blueberries💚 im super concerned with the amount of leaves my plants are cannibalizing/ losing. They've been turning yellow and then eventually golden brownish crisp and fall off. The leaves that are falling off, only seem to be fan leaves and all the leaves around the pistils/main parts of branches/plant, all seem to be intact and very healthy still. I hope she's able to stay healthy till the finish of the grow. First outdoor grow. Learning experience 💚🤘I should have added some fish meal in the middle of July so she had some nitrogen for the beginning of flowering. I'm concerned the leaves lost is due to nitrogen deficiency. But I'm 3 weeks into flower and dont want to confuse her with more nitrogen than I have been giving 8/24 fed some more open sesame. 8/28 thinking my plants have been having a ph lock out causing magnesium deficiency

Cut the light cycle down to 16 hours because I got a photo period running alongside her, she's looking great aside from few sickly leaves each day trichomes are getting frostier and darker 😆😆can't wait.

Day 43: Prior to yesterday i had a cal/mag def in my plants that i couldnt fix right away to to my city non essential bus. being closed, finally received what i needed yesterday and began to give the girls cal/mag. The garden has continued to grow despite the def but hopefully it will get better in a week or so because some of the leafs look really bad with spots and being crispy in general. If you have any advice please feel free to share and as always thanks for looking and happy growing. 😀

I topped the plants at the end of week 2 veg. The plants are starting to take off. Things are looking good. Oh stable and PPFD on point.

LSD-25 by far my favorite plant I've ever grown. It's colors are so beautiful, it's growth is exciting to watch. Fastbuds really out did themselves on this one! I love it.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. LST no limite, planta dobrada em 3 vezes, até ficar totalmente horizontal, manter cimo da planta, no mesmo níveis do resto da planta. Bem ela perde um pouco de crescimento, tenho que dar mais umas semanas de crescimento, para poder recuperar. Será um mar verde, mas em ponto pequeno, uma charco verde 😃

Day 85 03/01/25 Friday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water, then base nutes, + bud candy, rhino skin, b52 , big bud and tasty terpenes 💚 Day 86 04/01/25 Saturday Nothing today letting her dry out abit more. Day 87 05/01/25 Sunday Did a light feed today using de-chlorinated tap water, no base nutes bud just tasty terps, bud candy and big bud, with Cal mag. All pH 6.16 Temps getting high so ordered an omega cool wing for hps, will I will install it soon as it arrives. No complaints this week. All the ladies are growing strong and healthy I have my 2nd trellis positioned exactly 12 inches a part from the 1st trellis. As you can see. There are many Colas that are over a foot long. I do believe that I will yield more from this harvest than the last. Only time will tell. I will keep yall updated in my next upload, Happy growing 🍃😎

Day 49-56 (June 18th - 25th) (Day 51) Slurricanes and tuna are doing excellent despite their hail damaged leaves. I’m seeing good growth and decent dry downs. One of them looks like it’s been ravaged by pests but I still can’t find any evidence or signs of a pest. I’m suspecting caterpillars so I’m going to grab some BTK killer and also some all purpose insecticide sometime this week if I have time. The clones are all really lagging so they won’t be flipped until July 15th at least. I’m still not seeing normal growth on any of them yet. It’s still quite gnarled and twisted. (Day 52) The slurricane and tuna roots are starting to poke through the bottom of my pots. This is usually from underwatering, a thick soil or a hot root zone. I’m going to give everything except for the autos a good watering with some runoff. I am going to start incorporating 5mm sand into all of my soil mixes to help make the soil more loamy and give it some better drainage. I will also top dress every container and bed plant I have. (Day 53) I was at a local department store today and I was shocked to see pallets of Destiny dark matter soil selling for 60% off! I bought 10 bags for a hundred bucks. At any hydro store that would have costed me 250 at least. I might go grab more because it looks like no one is buying it for 60% off even. (Day 54) I’m going to be harvesting both of my indoor crops today and tomorrow or the next day I am going to be reusing the soil-coco blend for the slurricanes. I’m first going to till it, add a gallon of sea compost, a gallon of Destiny soil and a few cups of 5mm sand per container. I will use the excess for 5 gal pots. I will be amending with: 5 tablespoons of nature’s pride bloom 4 tablespoons of kelp meal 2 tablespoons of Gaia green AP 2 tablespoons of glacial rock dust 2 tablespoons of oyster shell flour 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 1 tablespoon of rock dust blend 1/4 teaspoon of langbeinite (Day 56) The autos are really making a comeback now. I was under the impression that I was working against the clock and they would start flowering after 3-5 weeks. I guess if they’re stunted from the cold they will delay flowering. I don’t see any pistils or signs of flowering yet so I don’t think they’ve officially started flowering yet I didn’t get a chance to do my transplant this week or pest control. I will get to it ASAP because my photos are drinking almost a liter a day

Plants are looking great. Wedding cake smells like heaven and is frosty and sticky. It is not ready for harvest though. Trichomes are milky but found no amber coloured trichomes. I'll give her another week. Did some defoliation on all three plants and Another topping for SL. Wedding cake has a few big buds on the lower parts of the plant that are really close to each other. I had to bend them away from each other to avoid bud rot and help with ventilation. Additionally I had to pick out small black flies (Gewittertierchen) out of the Buds. I cut out the small popcorn buds of Hype1 with no chance for sunlight and healthy growth. Hopefully she will focus on the main buds on the top. Don't worry keep growing;)

Cool plant. Strong stems. Big trichomes. I reset the clone, and it rooted in 5 days... the speed of this plant is really unbelievable!
