Feb 27 I changed the light cycle to 18/6 a few days ago and surprisingly have seen the plants perking during sleep. Orange Sherbet is growing really quickly, I'm going to start Low Stress Training here soon to get these other stems some light.

Our Buddy Buddha from the start to the end lived its life next to Powell, they were close! Now that the final curtain has been drawn.. or tent flap, it is with a sad heart that we at the "In the Closet with Two Strains" Studio will be saying goodbye. She was never the most impressive plant, kept feeling like she would bloom more but the conditions were never truly right for her. Both plants had their branches sliced at the stem and large leaves removed, this purposely slowed drying down to maximise end flavour. They were both washed in cleaning pools to prepare them for their final journey in the tent. With a sad heart we wish you farewell Buddy, we will see you and Powell soon... IN OUR SMOKE REPORT! Week 11! Day 77. Gotta be nearing the final lap now. Old fan leaves are turning yellow & pistils are turning brown. I did a few trial runs of "ice flushing" but with just one ice cube at a time last week lol. Maybe 2-3 cubes per day. Figured it'd help imitate colder conditions outdoors if nothing else. Still doing the slow, small waterings as she definitely prefers them to dumping a whole bottle-and-a-half in there at once. The smell is more noticeable than before, but still not where you'd expect for the size & maturity. My smaller plants both smelled stronger, and MUCH earlier. One of them was a Solo cup grow all the way to the end & neither exceeded a paltry 4.3 grams dry. (Maybe I've just had COVID one too many times since then but this plant is as odor-free as can be). Frost level is moderate compared to popular strains & bud sites are abundant which is my main concern. I don't smoke weed for the taste or smell, though I know terps play a role in the final effects. This girl couldn't smell any LESS like Skittles, berries or chocolate if it tried, leaning much farther in the skunky/pungent direction. Planning to do a wet trim & staggered harvest, cutting the top into 3 sections 24 hours apart to hopefully avoid/reduce stress. Then I'll leave the bottom part to grow another week or so. With a plant this tall and lanky, there is a real difference in maturity of buds. Plus my lights are weak af. Not sure how I'll get the temps down in the 60-70 degree range for for TWO separate drying periods, but we'll try. (I'm cold-natured & would have to run the AC 24/7 since it's still warm & muggy here, and that gets expensive. But I'll also have my ceiling & oscillating fans, some baking soda to absorb moisture & windows to open on cool nights. Gotta keep the temp AND humidity in the right range! I looked at her the morning after applying a small amount of potassium humates & noticed a bunch of brown rusty spots on the upper sugar leaves. So I cut them off. Would be curious to know what it most likely is though. Also found a dead bug on her. Little black thing with wings... looks like he died happy lol. 10/29/25: Ice flush + stem-splitting initiated. Next is 24 hours of light before adding more ice (half as much, if that) plus 36 hours in the dark before (partial) harvest. Landlord scare this morning had me scrambling to hide everything! Hence the bent cola on top--she wore the black garbage bag "hat" again lol. No bottle/chemical nutes so this isn't technically a "flush" in every sense... more of an end-of-life stressor/imitation of outdoor conditions (if we weren't frying due to climate change, heh). Hoping this staggered harvest thing works out. I wouldn't likely be doing it if not for the time crunch & fact that I need to whittle this plant down to a more manageable size. Next few days should be eventful, check back. 😉

Entered our first week of flower. The lights were a tad low so I raised them a couple inches to sit at 12 inches. The girls are doing great. No deficiencys and they are looking happy. Thanks for stopping by.

Ok so the taste test is : I like this over the girl scout cookies and the BlackBerry for daytime , It's a very nice euphoric head high that turns you into a creative genius , you feel like you could do anything you put your mind too, the buzz sticks around for a while too , It's really nice indeed , and a few months cure and she will smell fantastic ,

🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 – "Spirit" (Plante #2) – Pleine Floraison ​Date du jour : 27/05/2026 Âge de la plante : J+53 (Semaine 8) Taille actuelle : 1m15 Évolution : +21 cm par rapport au dernier suivi (Le stretch ne s'arrête plus !) ​C'est un départ improvisé ! Sur un coup de tête, je pars en vacances avec ma petite famille du côté de Rimini. Ce matin, c'était la course avant le grand départ, j'ai fait de mon mieux pour prendre quelques clichés rapides et administrer les derniers soins à la va-vite. ​📊 État de Santé & Évolution de la Structure ​Une poussée incontrôlable : Spirit a officiellement dépassé le mètre pour culminer à 1m15. Sa croissance est tout simplement monstrueuse, voire même un peu trop par rapport à l'espace dont je dispose. Visuellement, elle reste magnifique : une structure vigoureuse qui continue de se couvrir de têtes de haut en bas. ​Développement des fleurs : Les pompons se densifient nettement par rapport à la semaine dernière. La formation des buds s'accélère et la plante montre un excellent potentiel de rendement sur l'ensemble de ses branches secondaires. ​Le repère visuel : Notre figurine "Spirit" est toujours fidèlement installée au pied du tronc pour identifier cette championne. ​⚙️ Paramètres Environnementaux & Culture ​Lumière : Intensité fixée à 75%. La gestion de la distance devient un art millimétré puisque la plante continue de manger l'espace vertical. ​Climat : Les températures restent stables (24°C jour / 21°C nuit). Le déshumidificateur tourne pour essayer de contrer l'humidité ambiante causée par le réservoir et le système de la pièce. ​Arrosage & Ajustement : L'Autopot gère l'autonomie en eau claire pendant mon absence. ​ Nutrition & Entretien (Aujourd'hui) ​Apport anticipé : J'ai donné 4 ml de Bio PK 5-8 de Biotabs dans 75 cl d'eau ph 6,3 ​Ajustement de planning : J'ai dû avancer ce repas de 2 jours à cause de mon départ à Rimini. Le but est de lui donner le carburant nécessaire pour qu'elle puisse continuer à gonfler ses fleurs sereinement pendant que je profite de la plage. ​📝 Résumé de la situation ​Spirit porte définitivement bien son nom : indomptable et sauvage. À 1m15, elle demande énormément d'énergie et l'apport de PK 5-8 tombe à pic pour soutenir l'explosion des bourgeons. La canopée est bien verte, aucun signe de stress majeur, le run suit son cours de manière spectaculaire. 🌸 Entramos en la 4ª semana de floración de nuestras chicas. Las plantas están geniales, con muy buen aspecto general, estructura bonita y flores que siguen avanzando a buen ritmo. 🌱✨ El cultivo se mantiene estable y las chicas presentan un buen color, buen vigor y un olor floral/frutal todavía leve, pero que empieza a hacerse notar poco a poco. Por ahora, todo marcha como esperábamos. Seguimos observando su evolución y disfrutando de esta etapa, que cada semana se pone más interesante. 🍓?🌸 🐗🌰

I like this girl so much I cloned her and have another batch on the way very pungent plant and very sticky not a very tall plant with lots of fan leaves seem to be very pest resistant Started trimming Plant 1 - 164.0grams top bud only Plant 2 - 163.0 Grams

Wow...these plants are just monsters, i have never grown anything like it. I you do not control the growth or defoliant enough you in trouble. Th flowers are growing at a phenomenal rate, looking at the structure, it's going to be dense bud. I have treated the plants again against mildew, it's very crowded in there and is getting more so every day. So far I'm very happy with the strain although not the easiest to grow. If things are going this well at this point...another 4 weeks...😀..its going to be amazing. Stay tuned. 😁

Flower day 31 - Having a little trouble with the temperature getting higher than I would like because my dehumidifier puts off some heat while it’s running so it’s been a constant struggle to keep the environment in this tent stable! Definitely will not have so many plants next run lol, but all in all the ladies are growing great & I can’t wait to see how they turn out! Thanks for following friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Flower day 33 - Fed half the plants today with PH at 6.4 to try and keep the humidity down some I’ll water the other half tomorrow!

We did really well this round with this strain even though she grew very different from what Im used too. We ended up with a half pound of some excellent smelling and tasting cannabis!

End off week 10 start off week 11 gave them a feed today think this will be the last feed of nutrients maybe a week to two left what’s everyone’s thoughts start flushing now or give another feed of nutrients then flush the next feed thanks for viewing happy growing :)

Hi 👋 Blüte Tag 76 Die letzten Bilder vor der Ernte. Lady Broccoli hat noch etwas zugelegt und schaut richtig gut aus. Der Geruch ist sehr angenehm. Erinnert stark an Limoncello. Super lecker. Gruß M.

Good News!!! I found a single Hermie that had a few branches with seeds! I thought the whole Harvest was going to be junk. It turned out to be better than I expected. So, never give up!

Beginning a 2 week flush, just tap water from my bathroom.. nothing special lol smell is getting very dank

Shes big Shes beautiful Shes a beast! Shes my winner. The last plant standing of this run and she is getting flushed with ro water. I have taken late flower clones of this girl because it would be inhumane to let her die. I will reveg them if they root and dose one with silver to make a lot of beans. Beaming her with 720 watts of light her last week of life just because I can. Ps. If she dont win diary of the month then its rigged🤣🤣
