** A tip if you like trichomes have the patience to scroll down to the micro photos, they are scary. Black Runtz is a crazy beauty, a black isolate phenotype of the very famous Zamnesia Runtz. 9/3/2023: Still doing some minor defoliation and tucking the branches under the scrog screen. Think this will be the final week in veg. I plan on letting her dry out a bit more before bottom watering again, so I can water in some pre-bloom nutrients, before flipping to flower. As of today there is still water in the reservoir. 9/5/2023: The reservoir dried out yesterday and today I top watered with about 1 gallon. Added Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja 60, Coconut Powder, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst and Bio-Phos, BuildASoil Big 6 and BuildABloom, Pure Protein Dry, Fermented Comfrey Extract and Fermented Peach Extract. Then I filled up the reservoir with the remaining 2 gallons of water, with a ph of 6, with Silica and cal mag added in. This will likely be the last top waterings until stretch is complete. 9/8/2023: She is showing some signs of overwatering. I think the top watering rhe other day may have made the soil a bit too wet. I've pulled back the cover to let the soil dry a bit. I will also let the reservoir dry out a few days before filling again. The other plants is doing awesome, but the Melon milk seems to be a bit more moody. Was hoping she would fill out the right side of the screen, but I'm running out of time. The plant on the left is getting too big and I'm running out of room. Plan to flip to flower very soon, but I want to get this waterings issue sorted first.

This week has gone well most the plants looking healthy my six shooter is looking a little but yellow other than that I carn't complain. Will be trying some calmag see it that helps her out. Seeing and smelling some interesting things this week. The Quick #1 is frosting us nicely and smelling really nice. I grew it outdoors last year and they did alright but this one looks like its going to be a lot nice. The original Russian is fattening up same with the zkittles og 👌 I ended up topping one of the Lemon Ak's and she has turned in to a intresting little Bush. The stardawg is a tiny stinkin Christmas tree! Had the missile 33 outside for the last 2 weeks she is going to be the biggest plant out of the lot of them, she still hasn't started flowering at all yet but is a nice looking bush! Will bring her in when some of the other are finished and I have room in my tiny tent. Hope everyone's gardens are doing well, peace 🍁 Will take pictures of each individual plant again soon. Very easy to taie care of.Smelling so good at the moment and been since last week!Very satisfied with how good these girls react to stress! Growing great for going 3-4 days without water and light due to things happening in my life haha but got it going.If you are a newbie these are a good strain and brand to go for! We have 3 clones, 2 just regular clones taken in veg and 1 clone a few weeks later once in the early budding of the flower. Will be a good side-by-side visual comparison of the benefits of monstercropping. They have been kept at a minimal photosynthetic rate for 3-4 weeks under predominantly blue light 💙 to try to shorten internodal spacing. (Yes it could be faster) No rushhhhh. Starting diary at week 1 germination but in reality, they are fully stabilized and at least a month old. Just to get stuck right in I decided to super crop the base of the stem early hoping it creates a strong knuckle. This may backfire incredibly, only time will tell. Also topped it too, never topped a flower bud before but oh well, if this wee plant survives it's gonna be something. Initially, I wanted to start it in a regular pot as this creates a solid rootball base before upsizing it to air-pots.

This was quite the grow y'all. The blumat soaker hose was a great addition... once I figured out why it kept getting stopped up. I can't wait to get another living soil grow going cause that was a lot of fun!

Pheno #7 and #4 showed the most desired traits and will be running both indoors iagain the coming weeks under better conditions. I didnt get as much photo's as promised but things have been hectic on all fronts, but I will do better next time ;) Its a pitty we had some issues and not all phenos where in a position to show the true potentail. There for we are running the 5 with re-running outdoors this season. Along with some new beans :D

Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. One of the last top view photos 6/2 of Opium shows flowers forming. She is over 6 feet tall. From the side view photo of Opium last week to the photos take 6/3 show a growth spurt compared to the zinnia in the flower stand behind Opium. This is the first week I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Opium is a heavy feeder. Nutrients in soils are used up and she is starting to use her own food sources. Our temperatures are nearing mid 80's with high humidity. The plants are requiring at least a gallon of water a day. 5 gallons well water TPS1 60ml used 1 gallon per plant =12ml Cal-Mag 25ml used 1 gallon per plant =5ml Recharge 5ml used 1 gallon per plant =1ml Signal 1.25ml PPM 1414, PH 6.93, Temp 82.5 Note I do not have to PH adjust my well water. However, our city water comes out of the tap at 8.2 ph so I must PH down using the hose or my inside grows, ============ Germination April 6. Day 21 Veg: All going good so far with the ladies. At their 5th nodes now and beginning to fill the pots out nicely too now. I have started giving them Megacrop at 1/4 strength now. nonsigns of burn or any issues Siz shooter is the smaller of the group and I have removed her 1st nodes to get her to ficus on the higher ones I won't stress her out now as she could be held back if not careful. Strawberry pie developing well amd i have now tied her main at the 5th node to slow the development and allow the other nodes to equal each other for a canopy. .This will be removed and the node allowed to continue to develop. Mexican airline had the same treatment as the pie with a tied 5th node. Her colour is perfect with no signs of any issues. We will see how the method works by the next update hopefully. fingers crossed. be well
