Koekie90 She's free!
Update Day 8:
Watering well daily + growing on coconut, so started with minimal nutrients (grow + root stimulator).
Pre-growing with 16 hours a day under the lamp (22 degrees) + 8 hours dark (15 degrees).
I'm doing this to prepare them for the outdoor temperatures.

Koekie90 Nice root system developed in the Jiffy's, so it's time to repot. 🌱
I use large textile pots for outdoors (55 liters) and put them straight in there.
No intermediate step.
Nutrients increased to 1ml root stimulator and 1ml growth nutrients.
This is for all the plants together. (I'm taking it slow since they're still small)
The leaves are lightly misted with a spray bottle.
This little girl has had a bit of a purple hue in her leaves from the start, curious to see how this will develop later 🤩
Update 13/04: The dog has nibbled on some seedlings. Luckily, Sweetie is still around! 🤞
There's new leaf growth on the way, she's still taking it easy due to the temperature not being optimal outside yet.
Starting Saturday, it will only get warmer, so we're looking forward to it! 🌞
Nutrients have been slightly increased (1 liter + 3ml growth nutrients + 2ml root stimulator), this is still divided among all the plants.
Soon I'll also add a drop of Supervit.

Koekie90 Sweetie has been outside in the greenhouse for 2 days now, making the temperature much more pleasant for the seedlings, and she can really start growing and rooting now🌱
The nutrients remain the same, and I've already added a drop of Supervit once.
In the middle, there's new leaf growth coming, where I can still notice a bit of purple hue.
Sweetie is the strongest girl from the beginning, so I think she's going to be a beautiful plant😁
Every now and then, I put her outside the greenhouse so she can feel some fresh air, which can strengthen her stem👊

Koekie90 Since this plant is going to grow tall, I will probably train them.
I like to start as early as possible and love to tie them down low🌱
As soon as I start, I will update it in the diary.
Update 28 days: Sweetie is growing very well, I'm really curious what this will yield since she will keep going until September-October🤩

Koekie90 Had some issues with the pH level, which probably caused incorrect nutrient uptake. My plants were getting lighter in color, and some leaves even turned clearly yellow between the veins. 😕 I'm assuming this was the problem since I gave them tap water for calcium and magnesium, but it didn't lower the pH. Today, I tested the pH of the tap water with my new pH meter and it came out to 7.2, not good for coconut. So, I switched back to rainwater, which came out nicely at pH 5.8 with nutrients. 🤌 Hoping they recover, will update. Luckily, the growth is going well! 💚
Update May 11:
2 plants showed magnesium deficiency due to previous pH problems with the broken meter. You can still see this in the photos between the veins. Removed heavily affected leaves. In the meantime, improving the coconut with kieserite (magnesium) and no Epsom salt because I find that a band-aid solution and prefer to work long-term. After flushing the pH and substrate issues, I'm now building up nutrients again. 👊 Plants are for outside in a greenhouse, but I couldn't get the humidity under control (stayed above 80). They've now moved to their new home, my shed where I always grew. The outdoor greenhouse was a test, but it's not a good option. 😒 In the photos and video, you can see they're living much better now. 🌱
Update 14/05: First letting them recover from magnesium deficiency. Started fiming + LST. I like to lay my plants flat. 💚

Koekie90 Sweetie is doing fantastic!🌱
Responds really well to the topping and LST👊
Side branches are growing like crazy now that they’re getting all the light.
I’m so curious to see how she’ll grow into a beautiful lady!!💚
Update:
The beautiful dark green color is fading from the leaves again, this plant remains a challenge..
Last time she got extra magnesium and the nutrients were increased, which helped a lot.
I’ve treated her again, hopefully she’ll recover🤞
The other plants are not causing any problems.

Koekie90 It's been a while since I posted an update, but I've been a bit busy. Sweetie is starting to recover really well; she has been dealing with a severe magnesium deficiency. She's now getting CalMag weekly. 2 leaves are still a bit droopy, but new growth is really coming along well🔥 Low stress training is getting easier because the side branches are starting to grow nicely! Curious to see what she'll ultimately produce by the end of September 💚

Koekie90 Since her nutrients are on point, she's growing much stronger and her side branches are developing well.
This girl loves to eat and drink 😁
Maintaining LST + a bit of defoliation applied.

Koekie90 Babe is taking it easy, low stress training continues.
Occasionally doing some trimming, so she doesn't develop extreme leaf growth.
Once flowering starts in August, I'll let her grow fully on her own.
