The story for this strain is a bit unusual. I started the year with Nurse Lilly CBD strain, but I thought this plant is not going to make it. This was due to the plant's slow growth, poor condition, and my novice knowledge about the cannabis plant generally 😬 Stress Killer CBD strain was actually my alternative just in case. But to have an alternative plant just in case you have to get seeds and plant it, isn't it? I researched a lot about Stress Killer CBD cannabis type. Genetics of Sativa 60%, Indica 30%, Ruderalis 10% which is faster, easier to grow, resilient to bad conditions, and generally stronger strain. I thought - this has to be a success story with happy end ☺️ The germination process was quite quick. 1 stage - 42 h seeds were soaked in a glass of water (water room temp) till seeds opened (tiny bubble of air attached to seed) and you can see little plant 🌱 horn hatch. 2 stage - the seed has been transferred to a wet cotton pad, covered with another sheet of soaked paper with an extra plate on the top to keep moisture and darkness for another 24 h. 3 stage - the sprouting seed has been moved into a little 125 g plastic pot mixed soil. I did place the seed deep, about 3-5cm, covered it slightly with soil. Watered after plenty enough to help seed sprout easier.

W3 - the plant 🌱has been transplanted to a bigger 2,5 l pot which at the bottom I put a 5 cm layer deep of white pebbles to improve ventilation and help excess water come down. Also done some topping to her (called her GRETA 🌱). I am not the biggest fan of hurting plants in any way, whatever benefit that might give you. I read this strain might be up to 1-1,5 m high, so I have done topping for the reason plant is less visible for strangers staring at my window from the outside. I cut off everything above 3 nodes. After 2 days I noticed two separate tops appearing. I hope 🙏 the first topping to cannabis is a success 👏 story.

W4 - the plant 🌱recovered pretty well after topping in week 3. I use some garden wire to introduce some LST. I have a feeling flowering time is just around the corner 🤩

W5 - the plant 🌱hit the flowering stage 👏🍾 After topping in week 3 I left the plant with 3 tiers of branches. A pair at the top developed 2 top buds each growing separately up !!! That means with just one topping I could achieve 4 colas shape plant 🍀 The second lower pair of braches have the same situation 🍀 The lowes tier has one bud for each branch. That could give me 10 separate bud colas if I am lucky!!! This makes me a very happy grower 🙌 😇

W6 - GRETA 🌱is doing well. I defoliate some leaves from top brunches (compare with week 5) just to make the top canopy slightly less dense. That will allow more sunlight receive by lower brunches a specially when they in the flowering period. Slowly buds get covered with trichomes 🎍 Happy times 🙂

W7 - GRETA 🌱is growing well. I again defoliate some leaves from top brunches (compare with week 6) just to make the top canopy slightly less dense. That will allow more sunlight receive by lower brunches a specially when they in the flowering period. Still using garden wire to hold down two top branches. She looks like bonsai cannabis 🎉 😘 I am happily watching her grow 🙂

W10 - GRETA 🌱trichomes 🎍well 😊 Everything is looking good. The only question I have is: when to harvest 🤷‍♂️ What to judge on cannabis before deciding when is a good time for harvesting? I seriously flushed her a couple of days ago to dissolve any trace of fertilizer left in her and in the soil. To make her ready !!!

You want to harvest based on trichome colour. ideally 10-30% amber for a nice even mix of head and body high. https://aws1.discourse-cdn.com/growingmarijuana/original/3X/2/b/2b2655fe5f3346339f83bffb081292e6612d3812.jpeg Best Of Luck!

I would highly recommend to buy and grow Stress Killer Automatic CBD from Royal Queen Seeds mainly due to it's simplicity and very quick harvest time. This strain 🌱 does what it says on the tin, it is simple✅, strong✅, grow well✅ and is enjoyable to watch✅. I would highly recommend this strain to beginners growers 👨‍🌾. I would like to share my respects 🙏 and appreciation 👏 to all generation of growers that created such a lovely variety of cannabis.
