This is my first grow. There is seed that my friend grows few seasons and got seed with male plant. We don’t know strain but it is really awesome. :)
I’ve planned to grow two plants in my tent but germinated four in make up cottons. It took 3 days.
All four seeds looked like same and pretty strechted. I didn’t see any good growth until 2 weeks old. I also did overwatering too. Actually i did all of novice mistakes in two weeks.
I’ve need to find solution about strecthing and other conditions.
My problems;
-My 200w CFL was stading vertically. Which is bad. I’ve made handmade reflector and put it horizontally. Now range is only 18 cm
-Plants are too streched. There was only solution; early transplanting. I used my 25L pots. I choose strongest two of my plants and going with them. I put them little bit deep to avoid strecthing. Now roots in the heart of the big pots.
-I didn’t watered plants few days. Becuase I wanted to dry soil soak up overwatered plants leftover water.
-Bought PH meter and started watering with low dosage nutrients.
After changes girls are reborn quickly. Started to see growth pretty fast. Even didn’t see any transplanting stress too.
Everything looks okay now but I felt I have to start training about to tent space. This maybe a little bit early but I did when they are not woody and bendable. I LSTed every major branches to the different direction.
