Itβs really fucking hot during this heat wave. Mid 30s C is very hot anywhere anytime but especially in Alberta in June. At least the humidity is low. Trying to keep plants cool by misting and shade.
Judging by the pics it looks like it picked up 6 inches in 3 days. To be confirmed. Actually looks like over 2 days. So I guess that means it appreciated the extra N that I was giving her.
June 29: soluble kelp extract, Epsom salts, WSC, fish fertilizer and soap as foliar spray in morning. Kelp is supposed to help recover from stress like excessive heat. Really hot week with all time temperature records being broken. Already 32 C at 10 am. Misting and partial shade trying to cool plants.
June 30: hit 36 C yesterday and today.

Mate, looking nice. Be carefull because this strain will push up like ruderalis as you might see in my diary. I took some clone and will try to make it more bushy next time because there is a big potential but need a lot of training and since I am in strain/pheno hunt I didn't train her as much as she need to and now I know what to do next time. Keep the good grow

@Rock_n_Roll_Randy, thanks. Nope, Edmonton. And usually our last frost day here is in early May but we had five nights at or below zero two weeks ago ending on about May 21. The bigger plants are fine, but plants I started inside on May 1 were badly hit.
They mostly look okay but many of them seem to have dwarfed and are not growing. Now thinking about a major cull and starting again. π©
