Humidity was a bit too low for my taste this first week so I turned off the 150W big lamp as it was warming too much the environment. At this time I was also putting too much ventilation to reduce the lamps temp (lamps are fully passive); this was driving humidity even lower and it was also increasing temperature at the plants level because the airflow was directed towards the plants, moving hot air to the ground. I changed all this in week 2 (this being just my second crop).
Entering first flowering week with first pistils growing. Growth has been explosive in the last week. Plants are starting to need watering 2/3 times a week. Temperature are lower and humidity a little higher than the first weeks, thanks to a change in the airflow configuration. I am still providing root juice in addition to growth fertilizer and enzymes because of the 11L pot, so to increase roots growth and maximize soil utilization and future yield. Next week I'll start using also the flowering fertilizer. Ph for the watering solution is 6.5, with drainage water ph being at 5.8; because of the slightly acid drainage water ph I watered one time without fertilizers as non-fertilized water ph is ~7.5; this should compensate the soil ph. I am planting also basil together with the cannabis as it is a natural bug repeller, it smells great, and I can make pesto afterwards.
