Northern_Ent May11: planted Strawberry Pie in 5 gallon bag. This is the first of the research autos to be ready for transplanting.
May 12: ouch...seems to have some frost damage as leaves lost green colour. Used Epsom salt and kelp foliar spray to try to revive it.
May 13: used 4 mL/L of calnesium to try and displace some of the excess sodium.
May 14: still looking a bit rough.

Northern_Ent The plants are generally off to a rough start. Five days sub-zero overnight last week (mid-May), excess sodium in the water, excess nutrients in general, outdoor is tricky at scale.

Northern_Ent June 4: hot all week.
June 5: topped. First of the plants started April 28 that are ready for topping. Grew a lot since yesterday.
June 11: been applying LAB as a foliar spray on alternate days. Added fish fertilizer to the foliar spray for N.
Northern_Ent June 16: looking good and growing fast.

Northern_Ent June 20 and 22: full foliar at dusk.
June 22: tying down lower branches. I’m loving the look of this plant overall.
June 23: grew 3 inches in two days. 😎😎
June 24: added 1/3 cup of malted barley as a top dress mostly to provide potassium.
June 25: foliar at dusk (LAB, silicate, soap) no FPJ cannabis tops as the plant seemed to stretch a bit too much after that on June 22. Did use a bit of FFJ - watermelon, strawberry and banana now that flowering has started. Also water soluble calcium (I.e. eggshells dissolved in apple cider vinegar).
Quite hot today (28 C) and starting into a week long heat wave with six days well above 30 C forecast. Yikes.
June 26: super hot 36 C...regularly misting plants trying to keep them cooler. Also watering outside of bags to help cool the roots.

Northern_Ent Very hot in middle of heat wave.
Despite heat this plant grew 12 - twelve! - inches in 7 days since June 21.
July 1: still 37 C but should start cooling off tomorrow.
Northern_Ent It’s been hot this summer but the plants that were outside during the cold weather in mid-May are a bit stunted. She’s about two feet tall but she should be about 3 feet tall.
Nice looking plant.
July 12 and 13: full foliar at dusk. Cutting back on N (fish to 1-2 mL/L) and increasing LAB to 30 mL/L.
Nice strong indica smoke and quite a beautiful plant with the purple coloured buds. Dry weight is estimated as this plant material is going for hash.

Northern_Ent Very nice plant but it was stunted by cold weather in mid-May when it was about three weeks old. Definitely a favourite plant from Fast Buds and would grow again.
@LadyYsabell, thanks. This one has really put on weight lately which is nice cuz I was wondering if it was done about a week ago. Patience pays off big time as long as you don’t get hit by mould. The LAB (which is mainly a fertilizer but KNF refer to them as the ‘police’) spray seems to be doing a great job of keeping pathogens under control. This is my first time using KNF techniques and they are working great. Cheers.
@Hydro_Hiebs, thanks. Using the Magnifying Glass app for the bud pics means I can zoom way in to admire them. 😎. I didn’t expect purple buds for some reason, but they look great.
