Wind burn is not very common at all and shouldn't really happen even if you have a plant writer close to the fan, the fan should oscillate too so wind is moving constantly. Your plants don't look too have any visible issuses

With windburn you should see the most obvious evidence closer to your fans, nute issues should show up a bit more uniformially on the plants and you'll get that yellowing/browning in your tips. With a younger plant I would lean towards wind unless you're using pretty hot soil. At that early of a stage a plants roots aren't really developed enough yet to uptake much nutrients.

Yup I would say youor right bro it looks like the early stages of too much nitrogen alos the media looks quite moist for a plant of this size keep in mind they dont need much water at this stage and if you water the medium try not to soak it all and only water around the base of the plant. Over watering can cause the leaves to drop but wind damage tends to be actual damage to the plant and I cant see any battle scars on her yet if the tips of the leaves are moving then you have enough airflow try no to over do it as you can stunt you plants if so :) hope this helps bro just give her some water ph balanced when you notice the medium is dry and see how you go im sure she will bounce back :)
