KalooNie - Decided to let them do their own thing instead of trying to assist in the shell removal (first time germinating), eventually stepped in and got them going. The weakest seedling has been removed, it was stunted for too long. You can see the remains of the shell shedding on the first set of leaves on both plants. - Removed the humidity dome as it is not necessary when growing from seed and the RH was getting too high. Put my T5 light w/ the NanoTech reflector onto my 600W reflectors glass and lowered it. This way I can pull the lamp out and immediately switch to flower when I need to.

KalooNie Still grooming it day by day. So many bud sites I will have to choose how many to keep or remove! Too bad I was afraid and didn't end up doing a good enough job hehe 😛 Unfortunately this is where I made a big mistake; I didn't have a flower feeder so I just relied on the soil. Gotta feed them after those big waterings or there's not a whole lot to use!

She grew very well and handled everything I threw at her! I unfortunately had to veg them longer than I intended due to a late transplant, but the ladies turned out great regardless! At first Red Dragon tastes and smells like a sweet wood, but a full proper cure and she now has a strong sweet guava twist! Fantastic stuff, no crash and very potent 👌

KalooNie It's a long flowering strain (10 weeks usually) but it was totally worth it. For anyone doing a 2x4 setup I recommend topping them and doing a scrog, I wish I had. I also wish I used Grow Diaries instead of posting it on my Discord server, would have been easier to keep track of! I learned a lot from this grow and I can definitely say I'll grow her again!0

@@Klark420, Yeah I am aware LED gives more but I was given this HPS lamp for free and will upgrade in the future, I've been using it to learn... In your RD grow you had a single plant SCROGed under an LED which is smart, I had two plants so I indeed wasted watts, can't really compare. I'm no expert so I am prone to mistakes like that 😛. I've always wanted to do a SCROG with a single plant to get the most out of it but I've just used the HPS to experiment with different methods, often I'll have more plants than I should. Potency is always fantastic and as long as the genetics are good the HPS helps make the bud very frosty. Next time around I'll be doing a DWC SCROG with a single plant, should be much a much better yield.
