2021-05-08 (Day 1)
Hey everyone, been a crazy couple months but glad to be back! Took some time off due to some big life changes, sold house, moved into my in-laws, should begin building my new house in the next month or two. As a result, indoor will be out of the question until possibly Christmas depending on when we move in. Thank god for outdoor!
My outdoor this year won’t be maintained and managed nearly as much as last year. I will have a big rarely managed auto garden back at my property in the hay field. My in-laws are pretty chill so they’re permitting me to do the legal 4 outdoor at their place where I’m staying!
Where I’m staying I’ll be growing 4 Regular Freakshow beans in pots outdoors. Currently they’re in little pots in the gazebo as the nights are still cold here, near freezing. I’ll likely transplant them into their final pots around May 24 weekend 🍻 🇨🇦. I’m going to leave them in pots since they’re regs, I’ll move them accordingly so the males are far from the females so I can harvest their pollen and not fuck all my females.
I’m so excited to grow this strain! It’ll help my very un-private grow be somewhat inconspicuous. I got these beans from @7eastgenetics check them out, they have a lot of other 🔥! These seeds are the result of them growing out and inbreeding @humboltseedcompany’s Freakshow strain.
Looks like I already have a freak with 3 cotyledons! As always stay tuned!
2021-05-15 (Day 8)
Freaks have been moved under the sun today, forecast is crazy hot and dry for the next week so it’s time for them to enjoy the sun!
Four unique plants, this is my first time growing regs so fingers crossed for at least 1 of each, I’d love some pollen but I’d love to see a flower even more!
Straight water, I’m going to try and source some nice new pots this week and likely do the final transplant in 2 weeks.
These will soon be relocated to the treeline so I don’t start stinking out the in-laws pool, mind you I will continue taking them there for pictures as they’ll look pretty sweet by the pool.
Stay tuned I’m super happy how these are turning out so far!
2021-05-26 (Day 19)
They’ve been dealing amazing in the incredibly hot weather we’ve had early on in the growing season. I’ve been watering with straight tap water about every two days, the medium holds the water pretty well but the small pots can’t help but dry up.
Looking at locking down some old wine/beer barrels for planters for these girls, would make it so they’re not complete eyesores being in my in-laws backyard.
These things are definitely freaky already and living up to their names. On a side note I also ordered some ABC cannabis seeds from @7eastgenetics so that will be coming soon too so watch out!
2021-06-02 (Day 26)
Girls beat the frost and have endured a windy week! I think the brick patio saved them from the cold.
2/4 are beastly, the other two a bit smaller. But I don’t care about size, I care about the level of freakyness, and currently these things are 10/10 on the freaky level.
Behind on transplanting, will soon.
2021-06-09 (Day 33)
It has been hot as balls, with no rain! Glad all my other plants are directly in the ground at the farm because I would not have been able to water them like I have been these girls.
I water more or less every other day, usually in the evening and straight from the tap, we’re in well water here. Still zero nutes but you’ll see next update where they get their first shot. Next update will be soon as I was delayed on this, these photos are from June 9th.
I promise they will be repotted by next update. They’ll go into 2 gallon fabric pots until I can sex, hopefully another couple weeks. Then I’ll transplant any ladies in big planters and the males will likely finish in these little pots so I can grab some pollen. Wait till you see the planters I got, fucking gorgeous!
Stay tuned, another hot dry one ahead!

Nice👍.
after this weekend coming temps should be warm enough to put a couple plants outside.
Thinking about trying 2 autos outside this summer, might as well seeing as I can't travel anywhere just yet.
Luck with your grow👊
@ButtersStotch,Got two Lambs breath(autos) about an inch tall,
just waiting for the weather to warm up enough to put them outside.
Soaked the seeds for 16 hours and placed directly in the soil(1/4 inch deep) with a sprinkle
of great white and they both popped in 3 days. I've had really good luck doing
it this way and I think it makes for a stronger tap rather than peeling it out
of a paper towel, and the great white helps, love this stuff.
Hope all is well and remember, it's 420 somewhere😎
They look a little bit hungry, I definitely found that this strain is greedy on the nutrients. Transplanting will definitely help. I have a hydro freak growing right now if you want to come check it out!
