Hi friend. Are there pieces of wood in the soil. When wood decays the microbes that help break down the wood use nitrogen and don't let the plant have much. Add some extra nitrogen. Your soil looks heavy and takes a while to dry out. Please try a lighter soil for better results. It's hard for the roots to get oxygen in dense soil. Is it cold where the plant are? maybe some more heat will help. Chuck.
