You can start LST now if you want just bend her over ;) Though personally it all depends on what space you have I'm a fan of just letting plants go leaving them to it and just feeding and usually I get some good results training methods are cool but I prefer a nice phat main cola and then the smaller nugs too its all down to personal preferance what kind of set up and space you have personally if i am training I will wait until the plant is ready to flower about 7 nodes up and then I bend it over at the base of the main stem and let it go for two more weeks trying to build a canopy with side branching rather than a normal plant but this is rare I find any stress you cause your lady will slow her down and with a DWC system thats not something I want as I want to finish plants as soon as possible so more can go in hence the DWC :) Though do what you want bro this is you plant. Best of luck and keep it green :) 👊
Hi mate, I assume you are asking when to start LST. I personally would wait a little longer before adding stress to your plant. I would wait till at least the 4th node has emerged. It gives the plant time to mature before attempting any training. Good luck and happy growing
Everything looks fine, the bent leaves are nothing to worry about and there is no need to do anything. A bent leaf or four will occur from time to time and is not a sign of any disease or deficiency, just a "weird" bent leaf, pure and simple.
Remember too, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.
Hope this helps,.....

I have one of her sisters that will be on my next grow but I'm inside...interested as to how she will do outside...I'll be following and checking in from time to time💪 Enjoy the experience👊
