Used the rocket seed method and once again 100% success. After 36 hours the tap roots started to show. After 48 all were planted. Had to help one seed shed its shell. These ladies are growing fast for 1 week since germinating. Will be strictly outdoors. Feel free to comment as the diary grows
So far pretty fast growing for 2 weeks since start. Had 1 that was over watered but made a easy comeback. Started giving half nutes or less because of size and container size. Will be putting in final pot next week. Also had some cloudy cold weather but the next 2 weeks are looking good so they should really take off as it said 9 weeks to harvest from germination. Happy growing
Great week for growing. As you can see 1 is very strong and started lst on it and 1 other. Transplanted June 5th at 3 weeks from germination into miracle grow pro mix hp and cattle manure for soil mix. Also switched to full nutes this week as they were responding well. Weather was decent and is looking better for the following week. Happy growing.
Only 1 new picture as I'm away from my ladies this week. They seem to have responded well to transplant. No discolored leaves from feeding. Will be allowing them to grow without lst this week then do 2 more final weeks of last as they should be in flowers by then.
Once again I was away the whole week. They are definitely starting to flower. My post next week they will be full flower. Got lucky all 4 are females. Some minor bug issues as some small holes on leaves. Going to have lots of buds sites. 1 more week of LST then its off. Going into week 5 and apparently 4 more to go. Happy growing
Crazy how they keep growing after tying down. 1 more week of LST then it will be final tie down position. Next week will also do some defoliation to ensure all bud sites will get some good light. No video this week as I'm away from my grow. Using week 5 of indo nutrient schedule. I would say it's starting week 2 of flowering. Give your opinion leave a comment
So either i got 2 different strains or some different genetics because those buds are black for northern lights x big bud Auto. The others you can see are nice and white. 1 plant is slow at flowering. Got a digital ph meter and tds meter. Defoliated and picked off the eaten leaves. Please comment on what you think is going on with the girls with the black bud vs the white ones
For sure 2 different strains and not phenotype. They smell amazing both kinds. Missed a couple of weeks was away on vacation. 1 plant is still behind. May experiment and transplant to bigger pot cuz I think something is going on with the roots. Loving the black strain. No research pics I've seen of the northern lights x big bud Auto are black. Any one else same thing for the strain?
The black purple colored bud smells yummy. Looked at trichomes and at least 80 percent on all buds are milky color. The green leafed plants smell just as amazing. Only 1 of my 4 plants is behind. Looked at root ball and seems fine. Buds just need to get fatter. Will post trim bouquet pics and grow weights soon. Figure the dark one is dark devil auto. Chop and trim soon
Well 2 got chopped down as the trichomes were nice and milky. The other 2 I completely defoliated and gave a good shot of nutes. The roots seemed a little on the moist side. 1 plant gave 147grams wet the dark plant gave 155 grams of wet.
Chop week coming up for the last 2. They seemed a bit small and root bound so added soil to pot with nutes and molasses. They liked it got bigger and stickier. Happy with results now for Chop dry cure and try it out

Week 12. Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!
Northern Lights X Big Bud Autoflower - Crop King Seeds
Considering the weather was fairly cooperate but cool at first and doing lst and not always being around my plants I'm happy with the results. Easy to grow fairly bug resistant. Disease free. Did get some bud rot maybe a total of 10 grams. Drying time was 2 weeks trimmed and curing in jars now. I am disappointed in crop king as I've herd bad things about them this year and disappointed with what I got from them as in almost all 4 plants were different and I mean strain wise not phenotype.
