So i took a clone off my sunset sherberts in March. I took 2 in fact and 1 i grew out last harvest but this little lady i forgot about her... I put her in the garden and kind of forgot i had put her there. She lived through some very low temps and was not in the best spot for light but somehow after 2 months i found her and potted her on into a 1l for a week to see if she wanted to grow.(She was stuck in a tiny 0.5l pot from the clone process). After the week in the 1l she looked like she wanted to give it a go so she has taken up a spot in the beds with my 16yr old rose tree.
I got this clone before the mother stressed and hermied so its like the ganja gods are telling me "Theia lets give the sherberts another go"..
Fingers crossed because the little bit of bud we got from the mother was very very tasty.. and it was taken 4 weeks early too so i have high hopes..
Thanks for looking.
Stay safe and grow well.
well well well the sanils.. have you seen what @oimrausch did=?
he found aleopard snail, and catched another for snail patorl,,, leoppard snails like to eat the other snailsπ
that was pretty new to me..... cups half filled with beer and digged into the growund around the plant helps too
@Mrs_Larimar,I did not know about predator snailsπ. I have a lot of beneficial life in my beds so I am a little worried to mess with the mini ecosystem that exists. I shall let mother nature decide the sherbert future πͺπ€π
@Weedseedsexpress, She has taken to her spot in the garden like a champ and is growinging. My only concern is the chiquita sherbert hybrid project is sitting 3m from her so i must be extra vigilant for any males given my track record with the sherberts so far.π
@Mrs_Larimar, Yeah I was going to leave it to mother nature but for some reason mother nature was angry last night . I will do a 1.2. this was made as an anger response when I went into the garden this morning.ππ€£π€£
