Wow, this first week was rough...
a day after going in the ground we had a couple of very cold nights (47f) and rain. These gals have been the most affected by the crappy weather we had just after putting these in the soil. I really and truly thought they would die. Fortunately they haven't! One is truly a runt (stunted) while the other is had some scars. It's funny how the plant with the scars has such wide serrated leaves. We'll see if they can catch up with the other varieties!
