Day 9 - both plants have grown well and look healthy directly in biobizz lite mix soil, they germinated quick popping up around 4-5 days in. I planted them directly in 3l pots using first feed to pre soak the soil first then they have been directly in the tent on 18/6 since potted. So far this has been the best method for me and as long as you keep the soil moist, with the warm temps from the light they will be eager to pop their heads out the soil.
