evolve - Organic Fish Bloom 10 mll
Okay, so I know i am starting a diary on week 10, but its been busy times! I had another one of these which I grew under lights earlier this year, which resulted in 58g of dry manicured sensi. This girl got a nice 3gal fabric pot filled with my homemade soil (Compost, Perlite, coco, eggshells, blood meal, dolomite lime) the only thing she has been fed is more compost, some epsom salts once flowering started (i learnt from the indoor grow that these girls get hungry!) and some fish fertilizer about every 10 days. I pH my water as for the first half of this ones life she was tap water fed. Now she gets rooftop rainwater, which is around 6.5 so she just gets it straight (or with the fish fertilizer which actually buffers really well at around 6.25). I turn her every day about 90 degrees, and haven't done any training, just let her do her thing. This Week: A couple of leaves turning yellow, and trichomes are starting to change a bit. Gonna be a couple more days, we got some good sun coming for new few days so will soak up some more of that and let things ripen..... no need to rush these things. Just running water through this last few days. Had 2 ladybug chrysalis growing on one big fan leaf. One hatched today, its got plenty of work to do in the greenhouse because the the aphids are going nuts! Luckily for this gal, the pepper plants are taking all the damage, mostly the Jalapenos and Red Thai chilies, the Ghosts and Habaneros are not taking much damage either. I really havent had too much

Happy Harvest Day!

Easy, fast and produces well. Very low smell throughout growing & flowering, and when it increases in last couple weeks it is a very sweet aroma. Was grown in greenhouse/organic soil mixture, handled colder nights down to 5C in early grow. Reasonable disease resistance, i did get a bit of bud mold on mine - but was ready to harvest anyways and survived quite high spring humidity. Looking forward to tasting it.

Really fast grow cycle, flowering after about 4 weeks and then buds fattened up nice. Super low smell on this girl, nice for a stealthy backyard grow.

After a good long cure I got to take a bunch of this away camping for a couple weeks. Although it is not a 'blow your socks off' experience, it is a decent high for chilling in the sun.

So she lasted a full week longer and fattened up for sure! The ladybugs hatched and moved on their way to eat aphids! Today I was decided that she was ready, and then when I noticed a small bit of mold on one of the lower buds. The humidity has certainly shot up the last few days, and she has got pretty thick and sticky. One of the upgrades in the greenhouse is going to be a bigger extraction fan, which should help with regulating temperature and humidity a bunch better. Harvest went well, I pulled all big fans and such before cutting her down. I don't mind leaving the buds a bit shaggy with the frosty sugar leaves and just do a rough wet trim. I will give a little tidy up before canning up to cure after initial dry. 217 Grams on the scales when wet, we will see how it ends up once dried. Everything trimmed goes in with the leaves and stalks, to dry. I will process all this later on. Lately I have been making canna-coconut oil which works really and stays well on the shelf. I make batches of chocolate with it, super easy and good times! The main cola was awesome, nice and dense and sticky! I But i did cut her back a bit after finding the mold further down the plant, especially since I am heading away for the weekend. I love the fabric pots (both for the ganja and also the peppers), and this was certainly the simplest grow I have done so far and has been super satisfying. Looking forward to checking it out and will update it in a week or so after I give in and sneaky a taste.
the end.
