@davmil11, maybe too much humidity, should be wet but not soaked, and we'll ventilated dome, I had 1 part peroxide to six part water but you can go to 1 part peroxide and 4 water. I would check your seed, one week seems long, very carefully with a stick prod and see if root present and or are they still white?Sometimes they rot before they have the chance to pierce the soil. It happens that is why I always treat the soil with peroxide so no bad pathogens present and try to keep soil moist but not saturated, delicate balance! Good luck hope she is just taking her time, start another one in case.
