Start off by heating up the oven to 220 F and lay your ground flower in a baking tray with a layer of foil. When oven is ready place tray in to decarb the flower for 40 minutes. When almost ready start heating up the MCT Oil in pot on stove at 210 F-220 F and add the decarb flower to MCT Oil in pot. Keep stirring every 30 minutes and let it cook for at least 8 hours, I cooked my batch for almost 12 hours.
