Another 2-3 weeks or until there are about 90-95% brown pistils and this will give you flowers with peak THC levels and a mind bending head high. If you prefer a sleepy and relaxing CBD body stone, harvest when there are 98-100% brown pistils. Pistil colour is more representative of plant health and it is plant health that determines trichome cannabinoid composition, where as trichome colour on its own does not. Besides, some strains will never have amber trichomes and others will have 75% amber trichomes after only 4 weeks of flowering, illustrating how judging harvest timing by trichome colour alone can present problems. If your recent diary update pics were taken today, I’d say she still has a significant amount of bulking up left (2-3 weeks for sure) The pic you posted in the question looks a little more mature than the rest the pics in the diary. I’m saying at least 2-3 weeks tho. Good job tho on it for your first grow!

Hi there,here’s my rule of thumb for harvesting period.During that time,the leaves will show deficiencies, discolouration ,yellowing and most of the white pistils become orange.The best method is using 60x microscope and check trichomes colour on buds.If trichomes are mostly milky/cloudy about 80/90 % and fill with some amber colour, it’s the time to harvest.It's also a good practice to flush properly one week before harvest.Happy growing... ✌️
