overwatering/root problems seem to be behind me. Plants once again taking up water. New growth coming in just fine. Fingers crossed.

Bushy plant?
4th week veg. Incredibly bushy at this point. Should this be slightly thinned out?

I dont like cutting healthy leaves...I would lower the dimmer on your light or raise your lights to encourage some vertical growth so they not so bushy

In my opinion I would, but start slow with only a little bit. See how she takes it. If she doesn't slow down take more. If you notice her slow growth a lot, give her time to recover. All strains are different, you need to test them to see how they react. Check out a couple of my grow diaries. I do HEAVY defoliation and multi training styles. Mainline/manifold, LST, Topping, Fimm. I even combine them on the same plant at once if its growing strong and doesn't need recovery time.

Yes they look overwatered. Let them dry out ...it's very hard to fix overwatering from rock wool .. because they dry out so quick that when you see this in Rockwood. You have been overwatering alot.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed. You may have root rot already.. I would put fans towards Rockwood and dry out only let the plants get very little water more often then more water less often.
