I planted five and all five popped. The white widow are regular seeds and the gorilla glue is a feminized seed that came free with my order, so not sure what company or brand it is, but it took so who cares. You can see the date on the pots when I started them
Not much to say. They look good so far. They were put in the dirt on the 7th, the pictures now are from 3/13. The dirt is from my yard and one bag of store bought mix.( not miracle grow) first run in dirt indoors so gonna see how it goes. Love everyone and love growing.
Didn’t take enough pictures this week sorry, not a lot happening. I moved them into a bigger pot, out of the solo cup I started them in. I know it was to soon to do and won’t do it that soon again. I put the great white in the soil when I transplanted them.
3/27. They are getting bigger and fit right in with the garden plant too. I am playing favorites though. You see which ones are under the middle of the light.
4/10. I missed a week with photos so nothing to show here. They are getting bigger by the day I would say. I am not able to grow a monster plant inside but I am going to try my best. Love you all
These are the tops to all my plants. I topped them and thought why not try to clone them or root them. So went for. Sorry not a lot of pictures. This was done on 4/24.
Ok fast forward a bit. I didn’t take many photos sorry. The clones are alive, they all lived but I killed the male. It’s now 6/5 and they are in there 3 week of flower. I transplanted them to2gallon pots. I am saving the male in another tent and going to try to make some of my own seed. They are expensive and I used regular white widow seeds and was blessed with I male and 3 females. So hope this works.
6/11 is the date. Things are going good. They show a little yellow but seem to be loving life. The male dropped pollen all over his tent, I hung plastic under him to catch the stuff, than used a paintbrush. I just dabbed it in the pollen then went to the other tent where the girls were hanging out and painted them up. Just one branch actually on each plant. I even tried to pollinate the gorilla glue also but that was a feminized seed so not sure what happens there. And coolgrows tents theres an advertisement shot for you. Same to you spiderfarmer lights. Your welcome.
It’s 6/20 this week. They are still growing, taller and wider. The gorilla glue is the one in front on the right. It has yellow leaves but all the other ones are green and they are straight up, praying as they say. Not sure if I have a deficiency or if it’s just losing leaves. The widows are all looking great, shorter than the gg, but beautiful. You can see the difference in the indica and sativa strains. I have been trying to tie down the branches to the pot handles so I can keep the tops all the same height. So far the gg is winning. I love it. Love you all
No big changes this week. They just keep growing. The buds are filling in more. It’s awesome! When 8 am watering them I do it every other day, and I use 2 gallons of water between all 4 of them. I water them slowly and leave them sit in it for 15 minutes or so when the tray beneath the pots fill up. They are fabric pots so they dry out faster I feel than plastic. So far seems to be working. And the gg is still more yellow than the ww, but they don’t worry me yet.
Oh man they are looking good to me. They were out growing my last tent so I got a bigger one and another light. Sorry coolgrows and spiderfarmer. You are still used and loved. My better half wasn’t as happy about the new stuff as me. Anyways they are filling in quite well. I know there is a hundred different advanced nutrients products out there but I like them so far. I’m even giving some to my outdoor garden plants and house plant just to see. My tomatoes and what not love it so far too.
7/5 is the date. They just keep impressing me. They keep getting bigger and smelling better. It’s almost going too good. I just keep watering them every other day and feeding them once a week. If I could do this for a living or full time I would in a heartbeat. Love you all and thanks for the love back.
Wow. Again I’m blown away. The ladies are turning heads. I have a charcoal filter but you can still smell them in my house. It smells great to me, but is a dead giveaway to what we are doing. I will have to work on that. It’s been the same with the girls, just loving them and waiting for the love back. If I stare long enough I think I can see them pushing out more white hairs or pistils. Love you all
My luck ran out. It was going too good. I dropped my guard. I have been staring at the pretty flowers and forgot to look for bug, now I have aphids on my gg. She’s covered in them. I have been reading online, but there’s not a lot of good advice or steps to take since I’m in flower. Dr. Zyhmes is what I’m going to try and hope I don’t ruin my flowers. I really dropped the ball. I think with our outdoor garden we must’ve carried them in. I got careless. I love a challenge but this scares me a little. Wish me luck, love you all
It’s been a week of it. We have been spraying twice a day for a week. Once in morning and once at night trying to get rid of these aphids. As long as there isn’t a lot of eggs I think we are winning. This is the last week for these ladies. They are coming down real soon. Im just trying to not let the aphids get in my other tents. So far so good. We even ordered ladybugs and have let them go in the tent also. I think they have helped. It’s been a fun run and learned some more. Thanks for the love and kind words.
I have not grown a lot yet so I can’t compare it with much. I thought it grew easy. When I hung it for a week the humidity in tent was 58 to 60 for the first day but it dropped fast and i don’t have a humidifier, misted the tent walls to bring it up but it was at 35 to 40 for the rest of the week. A little quicker than I’d like but what do you do. I will have to watch that next time. The smell of the jar has a funk to it, a good smell. It awesome. I’m not sure if I described it right in the taste part. I’m still burping them so I imagine the flavor and smell will only get better. It burns in a joint when ground so it’s not real wet. All in all a good time and the tops of these I have going and they are done in few more weeks so we will see if it’s the same flavor and smell. Love you all and thanks for all the nice comments.Happy growing everybody!
This was definitely different than the white widow. It prayed hard the whole grow and it yellowed more than the others and i always thought it needed something or I wasn’t doing something right. I seeded all my plants with a paint brush and with white widow male pollen. It worked and I have enough for a couple more goes and I have a bunch of good smoke. The gg is a different smell than the ww. It seems a little darker or woody. I love it and loved growing it. Thanks for reading along. Love you all and Happy growing!
