(auto) White Berry has started off well. Growing strongly on her heat mat and under a humidity dome.
I'm a couple of weeks away from harvesting a photoperiod White Berry, so it will be interesting to compare the two.
Growing a bit slower, I think I have overdone it on the nutes. So will just feed aired tap water from now on for a bit. First auto's so not sure what to expect. Leaves look very different to photoperiod - skinny & long.
Starting to show first pistils although I think they are pre-flowers and they're a bit smaller than for Wappa so I think she is a couple of days behind.
Still showing signs of toxicity. Very praying leaves, with a bit of curl on them. It is not getting worse though, so I think she will fight through it.
Have flush-watered and run-off was a bit high but ok now.
Two lovely side shoot from quite low down. So in effect three tops it might be. Showing signs of toxicity still, but watering her with just ph up and down with 500ppm.
Flowers defo forming, not just pre-flowers. I was not expecting this so early, but still new to Auto's.
Auto White Berry is still quite short, but showing more and more pistils. She's smaller than her sister Auto Wappa.
Gave a big flush feed of Shogun's fertilizers. Had success before so hopefully again.
Plant getting on with bud production. She's pumping out white pistels that go orange quite quickly. She has a very pungent smell as well, quite sour. Media still a little hot so am flushing a little
to get the ppm's back down a little. Other than that, she looks fine.
She's getting chunkier, frostier, and smellier (more sour than my AutoWappa). Not really sure when to harvest as it's my first Auto.
Have had a look at the photoperiod version and how long that is supposed to flower for (50 days).
I saw first flowers on about day 27, so will at 50 to 24 to get my rough harvest date (Day 74).
Started flushing AutoWhiteberry after giving her a Shogun Geisha Foliar spray. She's pushing out more trichomes but has stopped with new white pistils.
She's a very small plant due to mistreatment me thinks (multiple re-potting's)
Final week perhaps next week!!
Final week and giving some final flushes. Taken all the fan leaves off so she eat herself. Aroma is very pungent and has my mouth watering. Buds look and feel medium thick.
All in all, for my first auto, I learned a lot and I have a harvest - yay!
Easy to grow, very resilient considering what I put her through, and a nice aromatic yield at the end. Can't think of much more you would need from an auto.
