Humic acid, fulvic acid, organic amino acid and an organic P/K booster will all help.
Some volcanic rock dust, which is a phenomenal source of trace elements, will also help, as will blood/bone meal.
After all this, it is all down to genetics, plant health, environment factors and lighting.
