Hi, did you check the trichomes before harvest or you harvested only based on the pistils? The pistils are indicating that the plant is getting close to the "end of lifecycle" but trichomes are the important stuff, as that will affect the final effect and potency of the weed. You should harvest when most of the trichomes are milky (a few brown ones here and there are fine). It is possible you harvested a little bit too soon, but it's impossible to say without checking the trichomes. Regarding the yield, in your diary I see you have 1000w light so it should be more than enough. How far did you have the light from plants? Or basically what PPFD were they getting? You should be able to find this specs on the manufacturers website. A few more things I could think of might be nutrients, incorrect PH and high humidity (65% for flowering is way too much, should be around 40-45% as it helps resin/trichomes production).
