Germinated 2 more LSSH and 1 more PK. Again, seedlings stretched from overheating I presume. The LSSH seeds seem to be more viable and show more vigorous growth.

So my question is basically if my main stem was accidentally supercropped in week 3 of flower do I just repeat this week's nutrient schedule and act like I'm just extending everything by a week (assuming the plant only needs a week to recover)?

I've used supercroping on sativas during the whole flower phase and it did not slow down the plants at all, nor affected yield (check my 2nd run ir you are curious). Don't repeat a schedule, feed the plant as needed, when you see deficiencies.

As I'm increasing my P/K boost levels each watering, I'm ending up with lower and lower pH. I've heard it's not recommended to add silica during flowering, such as that found in GHE pH Up. Is that true or not really a big deal? If true, are there any good simple alternatives?

I use Recharge (by RealGrowers) as a ph up. Works great for me and adds tons of beneficials to your media. Good luck. 👍

@DudeGrowsWeed, thanks I don't have that product in my area and the available humic products state not to use during late flowering but I found a simple potassium hydroxide solution which should work fine if I need it. And thanks @MUDBUG, I will flush for at least a week :)
