Nova OG

PapasGrow Was away and the seedling was growing on its own for first 2 weeks.

PapasGrow Week 3, transplanted baby Nova Og into 20 liter pot of coco. LST training and proper growing begins now. Decided not to top and just LST all the way.

PapasGrow Day 30-ish, vegetation is finished. Training and LST her a lot before the switch. Green House Feeding Grow has worked perfectly, I would say.

PapasGrow Preparing to switch 12/12, Nova Og is responding to LST really well, large horizontal stretch on sides and a lot of new budsights shooting up.

PapasGrow 1 week after 12/12, Nova continues to stretch horizontally, a lot to trim. She is sharing space with another straing under 240W QB. Getting too big for 1 m2 space.

PapasGrow (Pre-)flowering week 2, still stretching on the sides, constant LST process, especially on her main stalk. moved her into a bigger room. First flowers are just beginning to pop.

PapasGrow Nova Og just starting to flower after 2-3 weeks of transition from pre-flowering. She has developed a lot of budsites and is ready to get heavy.

PapasGrow Nova OG, flowering week 4 (day 70 from seed). She's blooming under 2x 105 watt chinese samsung Quantum boards (I'm pleased with them). Green House feeding powders are perfect. Only using Hybrids and PK booster (with botanicare calmag). It just works and saves so many bottles of different fertilizers... Green house is the best.

PapasGrow Nova OG, Flowering week 5 A lot of compact buds are forming, not full colas yet, but massive crystal production has began.

PapasGrow Nova Og (fem), Flowering week 6. The plant stinks like cheese. Very pungent, Some colors are changing, leaves turning darker and buds are blueish. buds are not that big, compact chunks. colas are forming well but only the top parts are ripenning up, bottom part is still fresh green.

PapasGrow Nova OG (fem). Flowering week 7. She stinks like cheese!!! Sticky icky icky! Not recommended for indoor without carbon filters. It's a problem how strong she smells. She is a very beautiful girl though and I can't wait to taste her.

PapasGrow Nova OG (Fem). Flowering week 8. She stinks like Cheese! 🧀 The buds are becoming heavier but they are interloping too much, which caused some of the colas to have less airflow and light, hence it got powdery mildew on one of the buds on the bottom of the cola. I caught it on first sign and cut the effected bud off the plant. Nova OG is grown on the same Green House Feeding Powders as another plant (NL) next to her. I am very happy with the results of these Green House Feeding powders (Grow for veg, HYBRIDS. and PK booster for flowering and calmag for Coco).

PapasGrow Nova OG, Flowering week 9, few days before harvest. Actually had to harvest the top colas early at this point (about 40grams dried) as the trichomes were already ripe on tops. Will harvest lower branches a 5-7 days later.

PapasGrow Nova OG harvested into 2 batches. Firstly I took off a few tops about 40 grams. After a week the plant was harvested and dried for 6 days. 2 weeks into curing with Boveda. The weight of 2nd harvest is 172 grams of top buds and 28 grams of smaller buds. In total I harvested about 240 grams of Nova OG. The effect is unlike any other OG I have grown. Not a typical indica, but a sativa type of energetic high with mental clarity. Good daylight buzz. Definitely not a 30% thc indica as it's advertised, but it's a good strain.
