I soaked the seed overnight in 6.5 PH water and she popped. I put her into FF Coco Loco with 10% extra Earthworm castings and Bat Guano.
25 May- She popped her head out from the soil.
Started off this week small, but she is gaining height slowly and filling out nicely. I fed GH Rapidstart on Day 9 and it seemed to work. I will start nutrient feeding by next week @ 1/4 to start.
Day 14: I did my first nute feed this am at 1/4 strength and also did a ponytail at the top trying to get the side branching going strong.
10 June: Day 17 of the grow and all is well. No signs of stress, etc but the top leaves that got ponytailed look funky now, guess that happens. I will give it a root drench tomorrow morning with Mykos WP. I will try to LST her during this week or next depending on her growth.
Started this week strong and the side branching is nice. I seen 2 small white pistols showing so hopefully she starts pre-flower. I am only feeding her 25% strength of nutrient solution.
21 June: 4 weeks down and she is short and looking nice. She may need a little more Nitrogen but I'll keep an eye on her.
Moved into this week using 25% and moved up to 50% strength on the nutrients and she seems to be taking well. I also started the LST process on her. She is also drinking more water which means her roots are drinking.
This week is coming in strong. I noticed 2 lower leaves that apper to be telling me that the plant may be under nutrient toxicity, but I don't think that's the case. Maybe I splashed some solution on the lower leaves. We shall see coming up by next week if I screwed up or not.
Nothing really to say about her rather than her slow ass flowering. She is gaining vertical height slowly as well. I am still up in the air about this girl. I have a couple of lower fan leaves that seem to have nutrient splash on them or something. I'm keeping her nutrient level at 50% .
19 July: Day 56 and 8 weeks completed and we are slowly chugging along. She is starting to get a kush smell to her and it is stinky when you are right up on her. She is getting quite frosty as well. I went ahead and put a flush on her this morning for good measure. Her soil was looking quite rough. I used 8 gallons total and used Sledgehammer for 2 of the 8 gallons. I wanted the rest to be just plain water and the last gallon was pH'd @ 6.3
Hello GD, and welcome to Week 9! I have been keeping her pH between 6.2 -6.5. She got stuck at 18 3/4 inches high, which I'm good with. Now we are in full flower mods, hope she buds nicely. She is really getting the Kush smell to her even from a short distance away. I am loving the way she is growing and she is a very thirsty girl. I have to drop at least 1/2 gallon every 24 hours. I will def grow this girl again, but x 4 in a SOG/SCROG set-up for sure. She will fill a 3.5 ft x 4 ft tent with the same pots.
Hello GD,
This week has been lovely with the smells and her bud swelling. She is slower than some, but she is a sweet little thang! She is definitely thirsty and I probably could dial back the nutes just to 40% maybe, but I’m not doing all that yet. She is getting frostier also, like someone took sugar and threw it on the tops! Her smell is something out of the funky zone, like the Auto Cheese NL I grew. Anyhow, just trucking along and liking how she is turning out. She has a couple weeks left and I’m hoping those buds swell!!
