Watermelon kush

A bit slow to grow first leaves but roots are busy so perhaps i should increase temperature a little... We will see One of the seedling, the fastest and healthiest it seems at first but now first leaves are really weird and small... Lets see what mutation she carries...added some worm castings to the soil when she germinated.

Sadly looks like the mutant will not make it, not growing any new leaf.... The other one is slowly growing. Top dressed with few pinches of worm castings.

One is not producing a good vegetative growth, new set of leaves are small but are still trying to grow, so i kept her, maybe when more roots have grown she will pick up speed. The other one is healthy and slow but because temperature are on the low side...

No problems so far, the one who had deformed growth npw is going healthier side shpots, so cut the main to concentrate growth hormone on side shoot. I think she will make it now! Merry Christmas!

Slowly but surely, roots growing strong! Like the twirling shape!

Again growing slowly but i can see she is ready to push thicker growth, i can tell she is happy with worm casting and blood fish and bones. The other wee one is growing even slower but also is strengthening every day, i used a kfc bucket, i liked the size.. Lol

Was removing the bendy clip and stem snapped, neatly and with a definitive look, used sticky tape to try and fix but it did not hold... Did not feel like going all out with sticky tape and so decided to let it go, lol Also i am sure it is a good thing for those tiny side shoots, now to become flooded with growth hormone! Her stem smells lovely and strong, promising! Added some worm casting to the top of soil and watered with un PH ed water 😉

Started to grow much faster, seems a very good idea to top main stem, need a week+ more to veg but it grow much bigger in a shorter time after that... Patience is really rewarded! Funny how a mistake, a loss can eventually become a gain few days down the line! One of the two was really stunted at the beginning, it topped itself when pushing out first real leaf.... Very slow to say the least but i am seeing signs she is starting to gain vigour and wgile she is far from catching on her sister she will eventually give me some buds! 😀🎄👍

One is growing biggerthan the other, just few days germinating apart! I am sure the other one will catch up and really i happy with that because i have not a lot of space left if she did... One is really lovely and her stem smells strong and sweet! 👍😀 Happy me! Lol

Third day flowering cycle, much more light is used now, from 30w at 30cm from canopy to 240w at 65cm She is in a 25l fabric pot Reused soil with added epsom salt 5 teaspoons and worm casting and few sprinkling of fish bone and blood. Saturated soil with fresh water with added liquid seaweed 5ml per liter. No problem so far 😀👍

I must repair my camera lense, for now an out of focus saturated shot 😁 of el watermelon candy, she is vigorous and adjusting to intense flowering regimen. 🍉🍭👌 Well the most vigorous one developed some weird looking top buddings i looked closer lower one and found many balls 🙄 had to discard her, other girls in full bloom do not want to contaminate them. One is left, will flower her now and keep a close eye on her flowers! 😅

All is going according to plan 😀, it is a female! Nice little buds in development, will give her some fish skulls and blood😁

All is going well, she is flowering ok, but not prolific, i hope those are fat one... Hopefully! Lots of trichomes development on youngest fan leaves, smells like strange green lemon, but she is still young...

Not growing in heights but stocky and super sticky with lovely citric pine and earth. Lovely strain

Lovely watermelon...but I fear she was seeded here and there by her neighbour...silly me I knew it would happen! Never mind she is still sticky and smelly! Left to dry up 3 days and fed hesi bloom 5ml per 1.5 l.

Very humid this week and I might have over watered her again....grrr and some plants did not like it at all...but watermelon candy is slowly bulking and weathering through not ideal environnement still developing sticky and full of terpenes little buds...success in my book! 🙏 🌟

lovely strain to grow! i had some light leakage issues at the beginning because some plants decided to grow few balls here and there and reverted back to fully female very fast....i wish i could have kept the first one and see if she did too. Any way this pheno was smaller and not so vigorous but in flowers she produced lots of trichomes and terpenes! Will harvest tomorrow. to be continued
