This strain possesses a cannabis romance like few others. Skunk Classic, also known as Skunk #1, is the cornerstone of many modern crosses, certainly first-generation Dutch ones and beyond. Skunk #1 has a legendary history: brought to Europe by Sam the Skunk Man and then developed and selected by the first Dutch experimenters, it's truly a legend. Sam the Zamnesia Man sent it to me, and I grow with great pleasure. As an old-school guy, I clearly remember when Skunk arrived in Europe, and our reaction was crazy. We loved it so much and called for years everything Skunk. Pure, historic, love.

This strain is another excellent example of Zamnesia's latest autoflowering strains. I truly can't believe how autoflowering strains from a few years ago have become this way. The plants are truly impressive and rarely drop below 100 grams, even in an 11-liter pot like this one. The main characteristic of this strain is the long transition period, which allows the plant to develop a lot of hemp, vigor, and branches. The result is a big, big plant with big, big flowers, and a big, fat high is expected. This plant is truly beautiful, and so is the other one, but this one in particular. It's highly recommended for main lining, so be careful about the height, but it's definitely worth trying. It's difficult to grow because the long transition period makes it grow so tall that it can barely be kept under control in a 2-meter grow tent. Don't grow it in low tents, and it's definitely suited for outdoors.

Despite the initial problems, the result has become impressive. Let's see what the scale says in the end.

In Austria, growing cannabis plants for personal use is a legal gray area. It’s tolerated as long as the plants don’t flower, the THC content is below 0.3%, and there’s no intention to produce controlled substances from it.

Compared to Gelato from Barneys, the Gelato flavor is definitely better if you like that Dutch taste.... However, the high from Permanent Marker is almost comatose... during the recent 36 degrees in Essen, it was not a pleasant experience being so wrecked.

They should stop selling old seeds, second time now that my seeds ordered there are not germinating, all others are. This seedsbank should be avoided like the plague. They only let you order other old crap if you ever get a refund (which isnt a refund, that they never do), these people think its still the 1980's peddeling cheap chinese crap. Maybe focus on the truffles... Which should also be a crime, giving free halucinogens to clients ordddering weedseeds, they are teacherplants you are dealing with. You dont care. Dont care if you sell peopple bad crap, if they badtrip without any info on tripping, maybe even have a psychotic episode. You should be ashamed. Only in it for the money, they dont care about people. Deal with this!

I'm not sponsored by Zam or anyone else. I cant speak to these people's failures with germination on here because I'm not them. On my end I'm seeing 100% germination rates. I do this: Lightly sandpaper the seed's seam with 400-600 grit. Drop it in a shot glass with pure h2o until it sinks. Shake periodically. Once they sink, paper towel in ziplock baggie or similar. Using this method it's not unusual for seeds to germinate in 2.5hrs to 12hrs. Worst I've had is 18 hrs. The higher the quality the seed, the higher quality the integrity of that seed's seam. Try that method before claiming they don't germinate.
