Исходя из моего опыта (7 лет), я могу с уверенностью сказать, что такой стебель получается не из-за спектра, а из-за удобрений для корней. Например -

И, конечно же, высокой влажности воздуха на стадии vegetation (70+ %) и температуре 21-26°C
